This should be a no contest imo. The Dinobots alone could battle even with all the other combiners like Devastator and Bruticus, so in a combined form they should easily be more powerful and monstrous than any other combiner by far!

Don't forget the Dinobots struggled against Devastor on 2 occasions. On the episode Heavy Metal Wars & also the 1986 movie. Devastor literally office spaced them.
Finally. The autobots have a combiner that can go toe to toe with Predaking
Sky Lynx and Omega Supreme can go toe to toe with any combiner.

i mean fall of cybertron just objectively had the best iteration of the dinobots in terms of design scale and personality as far as i can tell. nailed the "me grimlock" speech whilst keeping it semi serious.

Dinoking was also the name of the Toyworld Dinobot combiner team, as well as frequently the name of the Star Cats Dinosaur Team combiner originally designed by TFC toys. While the Transformers Victory Dino King team predate both, the name itself is too generic to offer any usefulness in this discussion, not least given the fact that the Dinosaurs in their case were merely shells for the robots inside who actually did the combining.

normal person they weren't really g1 characters. Originally the dinobots are Grimlock, Slag, Sludge, Swoop, and Snarl. Strafe is swoop. Scorn wasn't in g1. Slash is just a new female dinobot character.

Considering the Dinobots are amongst the most powerful robots individually. Grimlock is arguably on par with Optimus and Megatron or dam well near close, and Sludge, Slag, Snarl not being far behind, a Dinobot combiner should be the strongest combiner in G1. The Dinobots vs the Predacons one on one is a win for the Dino's, with only Swoop vs Divebomb being a coin toss.

Eh, Dinoking was more the evil team of shelled dino combiners from Transformers Victory. While it doesn't really have the aesthetic of The Beast, Dinoking doesn't really fit either.
