Deathstroke technically can regrow his eye, as he's regenerated his left eye more than once and has outright regrown his entire heart, he just hasn't consistently regenerated his right eye because he lost it before his healing factor fully kicked in, or simply keeps it covered/ chooses not to regrow it.
Bit confused as to why Flash > Deathstroke, Killer Croc, King Shark and Animal Man in terms of healing factor. Yes Flash has a faster healing factor, but it’s not as potent as their healing factors. Flash can’t heal from having his brain blown to bits like Slade, and he can’t regrow limbs Lobo and Swamp Thing > Doomsday in terms of healing factors. Doomsday can die and has died multiple times. The catch is that he’ll just return immune to whatever killed him last time. Lobo being banned from death and Swamp Thing being unkillable so long as plants exist seems more impressive to me. Not Only is this List wrong, but also based on popolarity at Best especially on Superman and Flash part. I don't see neither Flash nor Supes growing limbs immediately, better than Killer croc or than Plastic man. As for Doomsday, he heal after he dies, while lobo heals from nothing because he can't Die so his healing is superior.
