I absolutely never want this podcast to end, it is sublime in every way. The best theme music, however, is Pink Panther and I’m shocked no body chose it.
Favourite wing for me, is the Sapphire Cosworth wing and the best bit for me was the way the wing follows the line of car and has the rubber edge with body coloured flat part.
Two car garage - fantastic. I’d go for a 1972 Toyota Crown Estate (dad had the saloon for a while) and a 1976 Caterham in 1600 Twin Cam guise. Family friends back then all had Peugeot 604’s in V6 form or Toyota Crowns 👍

I remember seeing one as a little boy thinking it was the most gorgeous car id ever seen, like the 400s its underappreciated perhaps because the later Gts don't interest the typical Ferrari buyer as much.
The LP670-4 Murcielago has a small boot-lid spoiler under the wing that remained if you took the wing off the car, outside of the 993 CS that's my personal favorite

I used to sell Renault for a distributor in 1970-72. I was astonished when a customer wanted to part ex. A Peugeot that had covered over 250,000 miles. It was a faded grey, never been polished and ran beautifully. Finally he didn’t trade it in. At the last moment he couldn’t part with it.
That whole conversation on the last tank of fuel was great. Got me thinking and it’s so hard to decide 😂 but I think for me I want The Yoshida Specials 930, sometime in the early morning on the Tokyo highways
I have the die-cast thunderbird 2 which is approx 1ft long with different vehicles to go in the pod including the hover bikes. Even came with a couple of scale palm trees for $50 Aus 😊
