I use: 1 defender(baron), 3 fighters (wrath and volka to block the right and left bottom wave, ain), 2 marksman (brienne and idril), 2 healer (hollow and vortex). With backup heroes (olaf and alaura). At the last minute, my wrath die when the calypso has been blocked by baron, so olaf take over wrath spot, and all other dps was repositioned to launch final attack to calypso.
Thank you! I placed the heroes in the same spots that you did on your epic run. I used Idril, Abomination, Wrath, Olague, Livian, Sadie, Vortex and Brienne. Livian was the first tank that I placed and Olague tanked Calypso. I used Sadie in place of Midan, Brienne in place of Theowin and Abomination in place of Janquar. The key was definitely Idril. I don't have her so I used a friend's and it worked perfectly!
Used the placement you showed... To mitigate damage on Tauriel took assist of other players Doloros...Constantly placing her in range of Vortex....Placed Brieen and faced upside towards calypso to deal damage....Calypso was at her range Twice...After that i despawned her...At the far right tile placed Hasstut to take care of the sirens...For the Islands used Wrath and Valkyra...And lastly my tank was Tordor...He can really take hit...Placed Shamir and Brieen to do some hits at the end...Tauriel was the MVP in this stage...Mine was 5* 5th Promotion...Lord bonus was Nightmare and North Faction...Lastly pulled Wrath from the Divine crystal...My 2nd Wrath from crystals...Thanks very much for your guide.It helped a lot...
Guides like these make no sense. If your Tauriel hits for 23k every time she hits, then she can easily obliterate anything with that kind of damage and she can just remain there while you keep pumping out immortal units. Your gear is way stronger than what players have if they are looking for a guide on this level.
The guide is the strategy - if you see the comments a lot of other people have had success with similar strategies. I can't play everyone's individual accounts in this video and if I have to use minimal gear I would need to rely on legendary heroes
@@MaBucketI used this for my alt acc n8 run with under power units, what u say make sense it's about the lineup, if dmg is really the issue then it's gear issue, and I belive your vid is on a higher difficulty
Glad it seems to work for everyone else. Have they bumped up the difficulty or changed something? I use the same strategy and I get nailed everytime, and that's with using legendary's on normal difficulty.
i think he does that in endgame I'm with legos and full 6 stars and i get 2 shot by lightning and i hit for 20k and is not enough..i think if you are not end game somehow is imposible

After last weeks summons that had Hollow, I pulled her finally x2 and also Vortex and 2x Nissandei and Lego Ezryn. Now I am stacked with healers and slayed 8-14 finally. Just need Dolores now rofl. On to stage 9
Reaching this stage on Normal at day 19, and what I'm hearing is summon heroes until you get Tauriel (Idril now). I can't keep everyone up if I let the Priestess of Rain go unchecked. The Priests of Thunder don't get downed as fast as your A5 60's take them out, and they get too much damage out.

good grief, this stage frustrated me, I was so stubborn and somehow brute forced the bugger with all 5 star heroes and that was before I got magmus and Khameet. the BP requirement is kinda misleading, believing oh I got 200k, only to get decimated lol.
Ahaha well great job getting through it 5 stars! It's the most memorable progression wall for me, I got screwed so hard I just waited until I got stronger. I think I borrowed a Hatssut for my Normal mode clearance too. BP is definitely misleading!
@@MaBucket it was also memorable for me, since its so damn deceptive. I was progressing for the trash mob, "ok these positioning are good, now only the boss" She shredded my entire team in the last 8 mob count, I was soo soo close, farmed a bit to optimize the stat, and bam manage it. Definitely my fave stage since it made me work out my brain and suuuper sneaky and deceptively "weak" looking only to be slapped hard lol.
@@MaBucket oh oh, dang forgot about it on my previous reply, this convo reminded me of the spectral rift, they are also deceptive. "aaah I got the required BP, it'll be easy" Only to face a horde of tentacle head that decimate your defenders. Even if you can hold the line eventually it would be too much and too many that they get past the defender since they can only block 3 units at a time. Stage 7 spectral IIRC, I was floored by how many tentacle head unit were marching down. A guide on spectral rift would be awesome like this one.
I am on day 5, I have 2 6 stars and Tauriel doing the work, but halfway the run, the amount of priests that attacks the last summoned champ is to much damage... in the end . they put down 4 in the same time plus boss circling around juts got one shot :D don't have tank that could be just down as place holder to soak up the dmg. the jump is crazy from 13-14... on NORMAL... regardless what a great video I was almost doing right but putting Tauriel in that spot is so much better
Yeah it's really hard this final boss. I got to it at the end of the 2nd day and I tried it once. I'll get back to it but there's no real rush yet. Focus on getting stronger, more 6* heroes,more promotions and complete it at the weekend for the summon event. You could do with a Baron or Regulus really, they have Unyielding that allows them to be invicible for a time, that can really help. Or if possible could you bring a back-up defender to drop after the 1st is nearly dead? Either that or find a way to kill the adds sooner is all you can do. It's absolutely mental how much the difficulty spikes in the final boss - but I kinda like it! Makes it feel like a big achievement when you do get it down :D Glad to hear the video was helping and it sounds like you're 95% of the way there. Let me know when you beat it!
How did u get the gear for your Heros, im fully legendary gear and they make no damage. I cant even finish 8-14 on normal mode. I have 2 six-stars and the whole core Team is 5 Star. I cant even finish the gear-raids for red gear

Ahh this one is tricky. I focused all my dps in the corners, try to borrow a strong hero assist like hatssut if you can - sometimes it's just awkward without the right team
It depends if you need help killing the airborne units. Ares should work fine. I'm not sure what resistance type the Thunder Priests are so maybe Valk could work? Despite flying she can't hit air enemies unfortunately. Regulus is a fantastic hero for it, he has fatal damage protection and his ultimate boosts his max hp :)
I am STRUGGLING way too hard on this bull crud level, I have a battle power of 312,689k and i still can pass this crap. The people on my team are Zilitu, Silas, Kineza, Azhor, Khamet, Shamir, Nyx, Ain, Vortex, and Midan. I like a good challenge every now and then but this level is just pure bullshit.
I tried Calypso and her damage didn't built up fast enough! I also tried Brienne and again she didn't have enough single-target damage to kill on the left. Tauriel legit performed better for me in that placement
@MaBucket tauriel is also great. I was referring to using hex. Also, (obviously) those upper tiles are hattsut tiles, so she can be great there as well.

Had massive problems with this stage, but after your video I just did it first try relatively easy with the help of a 5star Tauriel as assist unit.

I focused on progressing GR2 as fast as possible, you can do some sneaky things there to get progress. I'll try to update my old video this week

I arrived here in 3 weeks of grinding, 60hrs+ a week. The normal difficulty.
This stage is plain stupid u cant do it without certain heroes its impossible

Yup it's a big difficulty leap, focus on leveling up and 6*ing your best heroes

I would rather use Calypso, hex does magic damage and magic damge does less damage to light armour. Brienne is also great.
