I remember back in the old days of DDO , mob pulling was an art form. You can shoot an arrow at a breakable near a mob to get its attention. You can stealth pull a mob. Stealth pulli g is tricky. You need to be sneaky enough to not be seen but still heard and move just close enough so 1 mob can hear you. They start following the noise and you lead them away. Good stuff
I find that hirelings are useless in reaper fights. Park them at the start of a quest. Then call them when no enemies are about to heal you. Then park them again. If you must have them for a fight against a tough boss or such then park them away from the fight, get the aggro, and then summon them in. If they get enemy agro they will die very quickly. Most of the time there is no reason to fight reapers and monsters at same time for tough fights. Run away and let them follow you. Monster enemies rubberband if they wander too far. Reapers do not. Even with no rubberband most reapers will teleport giving several seconds to deal with them before other enemies show up. Charge into a room. "Shock and Awe" Try to kill some enemy before they can react. Just didn't see that reaper in the corner. and now its too late. Don't let this happen to you. Don't let reapers get behind you. Get a ghost touch weapon ( or other means of bypassing ethereal ) if not a spellcaster. Otherwise 50% chance of miss every time.
Thanks for the video! Really useful. I'd add in the "research the monsters" a sign in lights about researching the reapers as well XD it took me some time to do it. I would like a video about your thoughts and experiences with the public instance button as well, changed my questing style
Really useful and well thought out vid thanks, Black tentacles great for crowd control also confusion really works well, I also find having two rings of spell storing great sp source when needed, one epic and the other legendary. both very easy to get with turn in's in the sands,
Wait... people use foot pedals? I just never knew that was a thing.. wtf? lol I mean it makes sense and all, but how did I not hear about this till now?

Endgame & higher epics? yea for sure.
Leveling? The aggressive divines (lv 8/12/15/19 FvS's) will almost solo the dungeons for you :D

CC and knock attacks are very helpful. I find soloing on Reaper with my Warlock or Artificer much easier then with my Pally or Ranger with twf build.
Affirmation weapons are helpful on melee and ranged characters.
Knowing quests helps a ton. Where are the traps? What can you live thru? Be smart and always have a parked hire if you can heal youself
Is your charater on khyber?
No, I play mostly on Thelanis. Occasionally on Orien.
What class is this character you’re playing now ?
It's a melee cleric
Thought they added 20 skulls when I saw the thumbnail lol
lol...I see how it could be read like that. I'll add a : or - in a bit
@@AxelAlexK I thought you weren’t big on reaper mode but I’m glad to see people teaching the newbies how to run it easily
@@aurockson2696 I wasn't in the past but nowadays I normally run low reaper when soloing and mid reaper in groups.
Wait... people use foot pedals? I just never knew that was a thing.. wtf? lol I mean it makes sense and all, but how did I not hear about this till now?
15 minutes of the obvious, no insights at all.
Well How's this fellow DDO players... Stop Soloing.... D&D was never intended to play solo. And you wonder why the player base is dwindling down.
