The computational domain 2. The specific flow condition and then look at relevant literature for your purpose. Have fun!!

The theory can be read from a lot of textbooks, to start of : Computational Fluid Dynamics by JD Anderson would be a good start followed by Computational methods for fluid dynamics by Joel H. Ferziger. Tutorials are really case specific to what you want to implement, Cheers

You airfoil is non symmetric. For example, clark Y has zero lift at -1.2°
