Congrats for your sailings and the smarts improvements made on Anastasia !!! I like very much the RM boats and this one was my dream boat many years ago Very interesting video, thanks for the sharing
Fantastic boat. I have a classic Najad 34 (Anneliese II) so similar size but not nearly as well equipped for high lat and rough weather sailing. Very tempted but living in Australia we are still not allowed to travel overseas. My dream would be to return to Tahiti and bring back a boat such as Annastasia!
Hi Geoff, thank you so much for your words and for appreciating this fabulous little pocket explorer! I do think you are allowed out of Australia if you explain that you have to pick up your boat though. Have you checked? I heard some people did this successfully. Have you checked with the Ocean Cruising Club?
Hello and congrats for the boat! I own the same RM1050 and I’m very happy with her. Nice video explanation. Whats your next project? I’m just curious... ;-) Have a good luck!
Thank you for watching Giuseppe! Sophie and Frank are looking for a bigger boat tp sail deep into the arctic circle, handle a possible icing-in and which can be driven from inside. If you know of anything to there out there that meets these criteria let us know!
@@NautilusYachtManagement I think the Boreal can be skipped from the inside but I haven't been paying much attention to the market for 2 years or so so I might be wrong
Hello Jonno, the hull is made of marine plywood with epoxy reinforced with Kevlar, she is a twin keel and mono rudder with skeg. For further information don’t hesitate to contact Nautilus Yachtmanagement.
@@fhnlheyninck2614 many thanks for the information, I actually own an 8 year old chined steel Van De Stadt 34' which is ice rated and which I'm preparing for a solo Atlantic crossing and some high latitude expedition sailing
Hi Jonno, If you click on the link in the description above you will go straight to our Yachtworld ad, which contains every details for the construction, inventory and layout for Anastasia. There is just too much to say about the boat and we have to stop somewhere! The video is already 30 minutes long! ☺️
One of the best boat tours for sure. Thanks.
Bonjour bravo je pensée pas ça possible avec ce type de bateau ⛵ bravo
Excellent vid, lovely boat . Fair Winds!
The moment you hear Liudovico Einaudi you know something good is on the way
Thanks for this complete and thorough tour of Anastasia!
Thank you for watching! We are totally smitten with her and her sweetest crew! ☺️
Have always been interested in RM Yachts. Thanks for the amazing video shots.

Se in RM cercano operai fatemelo sapere io adoro queste barche😇😇😇
Wonderful sailing. Impressive. How would you comment on the shock-persistency of the plywood hull?

@@NautilusYachtManagement Intussen komt er een 1050 vrij in de buurt. Het herinnert me aan wat een unieke boot dit is. Moeilijk aan te weerstaan 😚
how did this construction behave in cold climate? good insulation? condensation problems at all?
Timber is likely the best in a cold climate. Less condensation, natural insulation properties , etc.

Interested as well - let me know when full specs and price available.
It's coming! Just doing the final edit to make sure we have the whole inventory right too. It's rather long!
Just posted on Yachtworld! 😀
I'd love to build one of these in aluminium, I have no idea of plywood. But it's a beautiful design
The Mercator 105-2 has a very similar design with an aluminum hull, but there are only 2 units builts.
Absolutely every detail explained except hull material, keel and whether twin rudder????

A tiny bit longer. Just putting final touches.

This is not extreme sailing or sailing at all just showing if your boat… choose better titles
