What a truly fabulous winter wonderland. Dazzling and beautiful. Kew Gardens did just as outstanding as last year. They outdid themselves. Every phase you walked through was even more beautiful. I loved the colored lights glowing up into the trees. That made the whole show! What beautiful back drop to all the neon shapes and animations on the walkways. I loved the dark walkways with the lighted flowers and such. Loved Father Christmas! He was so jovial. At 18:30 was my favorite feature. That tree was just spectacular and thank you for showing it off. The tunnels were just great and I loved all of them. But that tree was my personal favorite. I also loved how the lighted trees and some of the shapes were sparkling with tiny sparling lights. I would love to get hold of some of those for my house. Loved the green houses all lit up. Loved the dancing lights - and I remember your filming those last year, minus the music. Also, the upper walkway, I loved an older video you filmed walking on that walk way in a fall season. I do not remember how old that one was. But you also filmed that walkway again this summer, I believe. I love that walkway. It is very generous of Kew Gardens to have so many food stations for folks to refresh themselves. I wonder how they are able to fund this glorious production. If I were able to go to London for Christmas season, and all I was able to see was Kew Gardens, I would not feel I missed out. Blessings

I agree just seeing kew for Christmas in London would be enough, it is soooo lovely. You are right of course, I have filmed the walkway before in Autumn with views across the grounds and into London. So much to look at, so much to remember 😮. Love the 2 tunnels especially the moving one. The cathedral archway is just stunning and I think I would be going backwards and forwards several times. The fun fair looked great. It's such a shame you couldn't 😔 play the music for the displays that moved to it. I feel sorry for the 🪴 🌿 plants in the temperate building , they must be wondering what is going on outside at night! All the displays were very pretty though. I wonder how many people light and blow out all those candles. Liked the sticks and stars hanging from the lit up trees. Loved the white and green lit tree 🌳. The colored houses were very pretty. The show that was supposed to look like the sea also made me think of clouds. Can you imagine coming in on a plane and seeing all those lights. Strange variety of food . Wouldn't like to be Santa but I am an introvert. Really liked the neon flowers and other neon displays. My favorite was the Christmas 🎄 with the stars decorations on by the soldier. Liked the Princess Diana colored display. I really would love to know what Venus flytraps have to do with Christmas 🎄. I love carnivorous plants and cacti myself. Especially looking forward to the newsletter with the full final display on. So glad they featured conservation for the theme on the pathway. I agree it was much better than last years. Kew Gardens do so much of that themselves. I think the whole garden was better this year than last.😊.

Hi, just bought a ticket and entry from the Victoria gate. I guess it's the easier gate if you're taking the tube. I believe the path is only one way, so where would I be exiting? Does it do a full circle in one direction or do you have to exit through a different gate?
That's wonderful, enjoy it. Yes the path is one way and it does a full loop so you can go out the same gate - or do another lap if you fancy and you've got time! :)
is Kew garden lights different to kew garden? I noticed on Kew garden web page it says last entry is 2pm but assuming lights don't start until after 4pm? I have brought 2 tickets to Kew Gardens, does this get me into the lights show? Thank you great video. x
Hi there and thanks for watching. Yes they are different as the lights start about 4.30pm and Kew Gardens ticket doesn't get you into the lights. If you've got the wrong ones call them up 👍😀

We went to kew last night, and was absolutely excellent, the Elizabeth gate entrance was also nice and quiet and easy to get in

You can't actually get on to the platform from the pub (The Tap On The Line) although you could decades ago. It's a great pub!
