I find it puzzling why the ex-husband would invite his ex-wife to his wedding, and even more so, why she would accept. Jacob seems like a genuinely nice person, and it's unfortunate he lost his job. I don't understand why the ex husband invite his ex wife to his wedding and his ex wife accepted it. It makes no sense. Jacob is a nice guy. He was unfortunated to lose his job. Jacob prentend to be Eleanor fiance to his ex husband wedding. Richard was currious about Jacob as someone he knew. But he told him may be they cross path. Eleanor was so happy with Jacob and continue their relationship. I don't understand why Richard worry about his ex wife with Jacob and warn him about Jacob. He left her for different woman. Eleanor determine to help Jacob no matter what. Nice story of betrayal, but kind and resilience.
