You can play Dhatidhage dhinagina dhatetete dhatidhage tunakina tha- dhati or something like that to fill the gaps. You know Mani Bhardwaj? He's IMO the best Ghazal tabla-player today and way more complex.

If you mean the Ghulam Ali song on TH-cam, it's the usual Dadra-theka (dha dhi na, dha tu na).
