Andy Derksen bro he’s not talking about the BvS cowl. That cowl was a beautiful work of art made by ironhead studios (responsible for most of the amazing costumes in film, recommend looking them up) those guys are the game changing studio that gave us a good looking yet functional cowl. But WB didn’t give them credit for their work or something and they went with another studio for the costume production which left us concerned for cowl function and it shows bro. Sadly they went from using foam latex to urethane which is the notorious material for the pillar cowl.
Andy Derksen that was not Batfleck, he was the stuntman with an even more flexible suit and without the cape. And then there’s CGI Batman, one of the other great ideas by Snyder....

No, Joss left Marvel because he couldn't put up with their shit like what the other filmmakers on Marvel contracts are doing. Apparently, DC is the same as Marvel. WB is just like Disney. They control everything the directors do. The only difference is it's working for them, they are successful. But the filmmakers are not happy they have no say or creativity.

3:11 There was never a need to change the BvS cowl, it was more intimidating, tighter, it fit better and wrapped around Ben Affleck's jaw and head, and the bat ears were more pointed and slanted forward, not backward. It's perfect

@@legogeneralgrievous3958 it wasn't that, Ironhead studios made the Batsuit and wonder woman suit for BvS but they weren't credited for it so when justice league was getting ready to be made they were asked to return and said no because they weren't credited for their work on BvS, but cause the mold's for the cowl were property of warner bros they had to hand them over but the new costume designers couldn't figure out how the mold worked cause it was engineered in a way to let Affleck turn his head in the cowl, so they had to make a new cowl mold entirely which they didn't make the cowl look the same and apparently Affleck hated the new cowl due to it being very uncomfortable compared to the BvS cowl

I don´t like Batman´s new cowls they both give him a weird head shape... it´s a shame, because the BvS-Cowl (and Suit) was one of my personal all time favorites.

His entire suit looks like it's made out of foam rubber, the muscles are clearly fake, the thing looks heavy to walk around in let alone run in. It looks like it's clearly stuffed with a muscle suit, the material just doesn't look flexible like that's what Batman would actual wear. Its better if the batsuit looks as lightweight as possible, after all he's not superhuman and he has to run around in it.

I will always appreciate batfleck. People complaint about him being big, bulky even make fun calling him 'fat'. But that's what this batman is. A middle age batman that has fights for Gotham so many years, against many criminals, and lost many things. He trained himself for his purpose. Now he, as a human, has to fight a whole new level threat, things not even from his planet earth.
Tactical suit looks amazing. Im a fan of a simple design of the bat suit, but this suit is fire!

@@bobegnops5601 Incorrect. He DID always INTEND for Superman to wear the black suit. You can even see concept art and actual emblems for the black suit in this video. However, the studio would not allow Superman to wear the black suit, so Zack had to settle with the red and blue suit. But, when Zack was given full creative control from HBO Max for Zack Snyder's Justice League, he stated in a recent interview that he and his team could easily turn the red and blue suit that they shot with into the black suit in post production.

they wont wont. the designer was the first to figure out how to get batmans cowl to turn with the head {bales was a seperate helmet not a cowl} thats why ben could turn without moving his shoulders in bvs, but wb didnt even credit him in the credits so he took the suit and the copyright for the cowl with him. which is why were stuck with this garbage now.

More like bulkier, combat ready. The theme for batman in BVS was to be the dark knight that use fear and stealth. Meanwhile in JL he has to beef up the armor and go full on combat against the parademons though, so it makes sense. I personally dig them both regarding they serve different purposes

@fake channel completely agree with you. DCEU needs to be different from MCU. So people can have that variation. I prefer DCEU than MCU (pre JL) because of the darker tone and a more mature theme. more of a psychological thriller, political drama, mystery elements to it. I sometimes go to MCU for a one time entertainment though.

sure batman looks quite cool but most of the comic version is solid&muscular looking not 'BUUF' if u know what i mean, and for flash i prefer they use something like tight armor taking some inspiration from injustice 2 not glued some metal to black spandex to cover his dick, and for cyborg it is not bad, his cgi lvl is same with most of cgi lvl in avenger so its good, but the result is not 'WHOA' or even creative its just look like the arm and leg is looks so uncool and to skinny, i prefer they beef up their shoulder a bit to make it more 'Tank' design

Snyder footage, when the Justice League have a staredown with Darkseid.
Why didn't they release these before the movie was released? Same with MoS and BvS and all other DC movies. I mean, these kind of things doesn't really spoil anything. They create more interest in what's behind-the-scenes and the trivia and hard work the crew and teams are working on. And releasing these short BTS shots doesn't necessarily spoil the story. Release these in sequence with the release of the trailer or any costume announcements or something. At least people can still see that there are 'an army' of people working hard to finish their part of the job in the film. They need more appreciation. And probably, (this is a naive hope) people on the internet will, at least tone down their bashing. And I'm not only talking about the DCEU, but other films as well.
Abdillah Azhar you don't release footage so that there is more of an incentive and reward to buying a copy. But justice league is an exception because WB and Whedon ruined the movie. There is no reason to purchase a copy anymore. Marvel fanboys, again, got the wrong idea. Now they release BTS of Disney Marvel's latest movies thinking they gotta catch up like when they race to release a trailer or teaser after WB does.

Principle photography ended in jan 2017. Cavill didnt have the moustache at that time. When Joss Whedon and WB called them for the reshots in May, he had it.

Seeing clean shaven Superman behind the scenes makes me cry. Superman is my favorite DC Films character. That we got next to none of Snyder's scenes for him in this film makes me so sad. They looked incredible. I know trolls will say looks are deceiving when it comes to Zack Snyder, but looks were always spot on. This films should and would have been so much better if Snyder hadn't been fired.

It was Batman v Superman that ruined it all, not Justice League.
BvS started it, it ruined everything... the reason the Dark Knight Returns and is sad because of their fight because they are established characters Supes and Batman are best of friends but due to difference of opinions they clashed.. in Snyder's vision what do we get? Superman was barely known heck he killed more people than the kryptonians.. Batman on the otherhand is busy looking for an artifact on which how did he even know that? then Martha? then we have JL we got Stepphen Wolf, calling the Mother boxes Mother? why call me now? and since when did superman became the protector of Earth in the DCEU?
Marvin G. I thought Zack tried to establish that in Man of Steel. That was his whole character but the thing is they wanna take their time. They don't wanna tell Supes story too quickly. There is room for improvement though. We'll just have to be patient.
Abhinav Aditya That's the thing. It's hit or miss sometimes. There were the 2 original awesome Superman movies. Then the 2 bad ones. 1989 Batman. Then the bad ones. Of course the holy grail Dark Knight and the rest of that trilogy. Wonder Woman was mostly well received and satisfying. I guess if you want you could add V for Vendetta and Watchmen. So DC is capable of making good movies. There is some hope at least. (I'd put a Superman logo/emoji here but I don't have one unfortunately). 😉

Swarit Kohli Joss Weden messed up the film. I wish he would’ve kept black suited Superman in the film, it doesn’t make sense to throw it out because he had no reason to come back. In the story, yes. But to the DCEU as a whole? Come on. Steppenwolf was a WEAK villain.
Owen Santana Snyder's vision of the characters could be brought to life by Snyder alone. I think that's the case with everything. But Joss Whedon was left in the middle of nowhere to completely rethink, rewrite and reshoot the film in such a short period. It's weird, but even a year wouldn't have been enough to get into the depth of the character Snyder has developed for each one of them and work with it. Whenever someone tries to tell someone else's story, it just isn't as good, especially if they are forced to "make it less dark" as they might call it. Anyway, I'm more pissed that the actors, who did almost perfect justice to their respective roles have to suffer due to the poor decision of WB

At 2.49 that batsuit they show is the one we will hopefully get in the Snyder cut of justice league as it looks so much better than the other one he wares in both bvs and the theatrical release of justice league.
