Marie is so adorable, she is such a hard worker and needs an assistant, really. The lamps are lovely and the mirror is exquisite. Philip is hooked on selling,it's a thing.Once you start it's hard to stop.Hopefully he will not empty all the cupboards. Lol Galahad is so presious, finding his way, filling hearts and being a magnet of love.
I just loved the way Stephanie slowly dragged the tray of brandy glasses towards her! 😂 I understand how hard it must be to part with some of those beautiful things. Also, it can be good to give yourself time to be sure. A lovely vlog. Thank you. ❤
Please keep the glasses that match Stephanie’s tray. Someday, I think you will regret letting them go! The set is so special. Marie is a wonder in the kitchen. Have a nice weekend, everyone.
Oh dont get rid of the brandy glasses.....they are soooo beautiful!.........Marie looks heavenly in that strawberry blouse........AND.......an expert pasta maker.......what a gem for you Stephanie!
Philip and Stephanie, knowing how passionate you are about rare antiques, have you ever been to "La maison de Robinson" a beautiful antique and furniture store in la chapelle du Theil, in le Compas near Auzances, Creuse, owned by a lovely anglo french couple, David and Bernadette. The porcelain is exquisite and their collections are always very special indeed- my mother s house, Lavaud Blanche, is just around the corner, an I love to pop by to the Chapel/ antique on my walks whenever I visit her.I couldn't t help but think of how delighted you would both be to come across such a delightful place not that far from your Château!
I WANT to see this!!! Ha ha. This sounds like a blog for sure! Everyone, please like this post so that it will get noticed and we can go “La maison de Robinson”. I vote Oui! ❤
The DJ lampshade is so beautiful and I love the idea of using old monogrammed linens for this purpose--I've never seen that before. So happy for you, Stephanie, to have that daily reminder of your dear father. Also, please keep the matching glasses with the tray. What a completely charming set!! I can't imagine breaking the set apart. I hope Philip agrees though I understand that his ebusiness won't work if he doesn't sell what he has/finds. Also, the new Mirano mirror is stunning and I can't wait to see where you find for it to enhance in the chateau.
I love watching and love Marie’s ambition. One minor observation as a restaurant owner and cook myself, and maybe things are different here, she has a tendency to touch her hair and face while handling food. She’s probably completely unaware and I’m sincerely not trying to ridicule. Loved the pasta making process. Love you all
What great finds. The mirror will be wonderful on the wall and cleaned up. Marie is so cute making the pasta by hand, she is doing a great job. Galahad is just fitting in so well.
I bet you could get Michael Petherick to do a detailed painting of your chateau in the style Philip likes, with a floor plan included! It might need splitting into several paintings though 😆
When the exterior and windows are redone, that would be fabulous. One of the chapel should do well too, but I would like to see a little photo book of that.
It's all enough to make a person happy to be alive!!! So much beauty in the world to celebrate. Thank you, all at La Lande for reminding us of this truth everyday.
Marie, you are a treasure. The pasta looked amazing and so did the entire meal service. Phillip the table is beautiful. Galahad is so settled in with you already. I love the mirror. The lampshade is lovely.❤
Yes, it’s amazing how Galahad is so settled already! Must be the more experienced dog owners plus Lancelot keeping an eye on you all! By the way, checked out the Australian Prague Ratters site this morning! 🤔🤫🐕🐕❤️
I had an Italien aunt and her kitchen was always full of racks of fresh pasta. They ended up opening a restaurant which I'm told is well known and successful.
I think it would be very meaningful to have prints of perspective + floor plans of Lalande and the chateaux of your friends here and there around Lalande, or in the rooms where those friends often stay at in Lalande. It would be a very sentimental nice nod to your circle of friends. Imagine if Dan made such prints for in honor of his chateau when it's finally rebuilt.
The tray is lovely. It is actually Murano. They are hard to come by in the US and when you do find them they range between $200 and $500 . Adore the glasses !!
In America, wheat patterns were for prosperity. Our house was built in 1898, I collect period correct lights. My foyer shade is pink & clear glass with a wheat pattern around it. Love it(& hoping the prosperity part comes true!)
Chrissy, little known fact: around the time your house was built, when the carpenters finished they placed a coin on top of the front door trim outside for good luck. I found one in situ! and of course it is still there.
Stephanie please keep the glasses , they are stunning on your tray 😍 you don't have to sell everything you love .and the mirror is stunning , great find from philip ❤
My daughter owns a 1920’s catalogue house. I stumbled across the original sales flyer with original floor plans. I had it blown up and framed for her office and she loves it.
Such beautiful things! Yes, I can see why you hesitate to let go ... another wonderful vlog that includes a lovely feature (and tribute) of Marie, La Lande's spectacular chef.
The antiques in France are extraordinary! The painting looks lovely on the wall. Thank you for the video! Be cautious about cleaning the painting. It is easy to ruin them!
Love the lamp and the mirror is stunning. I lived in the the South of France for 5 years and antiques are also my obsession. I now live in Mexico, although France still calls to me. Love your channel.
😂I had to pause at 13:59 I couldn’t stop smiling/laughing and rewinding the bits! You and Maria just so brilliantly funny. Stephanie, that’s the sense of humor I so enjoy and love. I so enjoy it when you let it shine on vlogs. Much enjoyable from all of you❤
I think chocolate desserts like this are better served in a dessert coupe or bowl rather than on a plate. It is easier to portion the different parts of the dessert in layers or partitions so the end result looks appetizing.
Hah I used to read all of Enid Blyton’s books as a kid growing up overseas in Libya! My parents had them shipped to us from Foyles in London!. Enjoying your videos very much-I look forward to ending my day in Houston watching them and dreaming of France.🇫🇷 I am buying a modest pied a terre in Montmorillon so I think that’s not very far from your chateau. Perhaps I’ll book it for a break some time in the coming years.
I suggest that the tray and brandy glasses go in Percy and Isabelles apartment, then you can celebrate together. They are so pretty together. Maybe the watered silk shades should be on a domed frame, so the material is more stretched. Something isn't quite right about them at the moment. The mirror is going to be quite a feature in the bathroom. Thanks Stephanie and Phillip, for a lovely trip to Vichy. 😀
I never knew what Venetian mirrors or glass was until I watch your channel. This mirror is absolutely gorgeous. Good spotting Eagle eyed Philip. Love how you gingerly pulled that tray of beautiful glasses towards you. Oh keep them Stephanie. To see each new table setting is like opening a birthday or Christmas gift each day. Love your settings.
✨Keep them!! The tray and the glasses!! Please -they are like you 2 in the garden with the gazebo 💕 keep them to share a tipple on your Wedding evening with your mother & Percy ❤️
Beautiful Venetian style mirror and a very nice value for the price. The floral lamp will be perfect for a bedroom when coupled with the right dressing --- along with the other lamps awaiting their on-screen debut. Though with multiple undressed lamps sitting about it all feels a bit shade-y.

KEEP the glasses with tray!!! Marie is precious
I think Phillip has found a new passion = going on the hunt for beautiful "treasures" -> then marketing them for more 'treasure'.. 😉 😊
Marie is very funny. Such an asset for Lalande.
At first I thought she was standoffish but I've realised it's her sense of humour. She's adorable 😅😊
Keep the glasses that match your tray. Philip, behave and make your love happy. I definitely know they need to be kept together 🥰
The the way Stephanie slowly slid the tray away really cracked me up. 🤣
Galahad's ears are something else! I think he could fly?! Wonderful.😊
Marie is so adorable, she is such a hard worker and needs an assistant, really. The lamps are lovely and the mirror is exquisite. Philip is hooked on selling,it's a thing.Once you start it's hard to stop.Hopefully he will not empty all the cupboards. Marie I love your decision to wear bright clothes. You look gorgeous 🌟🤩😁🫠
Naturally pretty
Marie’s blouse in the raspberry red..love the sleeves.
@@carolinehops YES.....I called it strawberry!!!!
Please keep the glasses and tray. They are SO pretty. Stephanie, you must keep them!!! :)
I just loved the way Stephanie slowly dragged the tray of brandy glasses towards her! 😂 I understand how hard it must be to part with some of those beautiful things. Also, it can be good to give yourself time to be sure. A lovely vlog. Thank you. ❤
I have been watching you now every video for 4 years. You and your household bring me such joy! With love from 🇨🇦
The fuchsia shade on Marie is SUPERB! It suits her so well.
Please keep the glasses that match Stephanie’s tray. Someday, I think you will regret letting them go! The set is so special. Marie is a wonder in the kitchen. Have a nice weekend, everyone.

Galahad is looking much more confident already. Love seeing him in the vlogs.
Keep tray and glasses charmingly 😍
I agree with everyone keep those Glasses that match that Beautiful Tray❤
I love watching and love Marie’s ambition. You can buy hardware that extends the harp so the shades won't be so low for those lamps.
Marie’s cooking skills are amazing and her presentation beautiful. Not to mention her flower arrangements. You are so lucky to have her.
What great finds. The mirror will be wonderful on the wall and cleaned up. Marie is so cute making the pasta by hand, she is doing a great job. Galahad is just fitting in so well.

What a great idea!
Chateau in the centre top flanked by, and along the bottom blueprints. S.
Yes, and you could sell prints on Philip’s website shop as a project fundraiser! 👏🏻👏🏻🕺
When the exterior and windows are redone, that would be fabulous. One of the chapel should do well too, but I would like to see a little photo book of that.
I’ve just watched Michael’s Beatrix Potter artwork programme - superb + inspiring + v interesting 😊
Oh Philip the strawberry lamps simple exception
It's all enough to make a person happy to be alive!!! So much beauty in the world to celebrate. Thank you, all at La Lande for reminding us of this truth everyday.
I'm obsessed with venetian mirrors... what a fabulous deal !
Please keep the tray and brandy glasses. They are sooo pretty.. and Stephanie loves them too.🥰
Marie, you are a treasure. The pasta looked amazing and so did the entire meal service. Phillip the table is beautiful. Galahad is so settled in with you already.
I love the mirror. The lampshade is lovely.❤

You're allowed to cut your pasta dough into smaller sections when rolling it, Marie 😄
Congrats on the website! Just checked it out again and SOLD OUT of everything! amazing!
Thank you so much! We're adding some of the items from the video to the website in the next couple of hours, so keep an eye out (: - Philip
I had an Italien aunt and her kitchen was always full of racks of fresh pasta. They ended up opening a restaurant which I'm told is well known and successful.
The style of the initials on the lamp shade match so well with the design on the lamp base! It’s kismet!

Marie is blooming like a delicate, rare flower. So beautiful. ♥️🌷
DJ lampshade is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. AWEEE Galahads playpen ❤so sweet. 🐾🐾😍
Bit of a treat tonight, I had got in a muddle and thought there wasn’t a vlog and then SURPRISE…one popped up….JOY!
In America, wheat patterns were for prosperity. Our house was built in 1898, I collect period correct lights. My foyer shade is pink & clear glass with a wheat pattern around it. Love it(& hoping the prosperity part comes true!)
❤ sounds gorgeous,
Chrissy, little known fact: around the time your house was built, when the carpenters finished they placed a coin on top of the front door trim outside for good luck. I found one in situ! and of course it is still there.
Why does Marie keep the rolled pasta so long? It’s SO much easier to handle in shorter lengths. No need for one long sheet.
Marie is such a great chef 🧑🍳 So creative with her meals 😍😘
Lampshade was meant to be looks lovely, like galahads playpen too 🐾❣
Stephanie please keep the glasses , they are stunning on your tray 😍 you don't have to sell everything you love .and the mirror is stunning , great find from philip ❤
Ohh wow the Venician mirror is a gorgeous find 😮😮😮❤❤❤
I just love the fact that you all are buying everything ahead of time. Mirror is gorgeous.
It is always aesthetically pleasing to see Marie! ❤
Stephanie that red dress is fantastic, and you are the best!
Loving Sir Galahad, he is so adorable 😊❤
Nice find on the lamp shade, it looks very nice in your room. The brandy glasses look perfect on your tray. 🦋
I love the chateau framed prints with the floor plans! The lamps are gorgeous, such a nice shop.
Marie is a darling. I love Philip and Stephanie’s bantering over what to sell or keep, even for just a week😉
My daughter owns a 1920’s catalogue house. I stumbled across the original sales flyer with original floor plans. I had it blown up and framed for her office and she loves it.

They really were special finds! You all make a stay at LaLande look so tempting, very special & unique.
Good morning from a cold and very wet and windy Scottish Borders at 1am! Watching this is going to cheer me up no end! 😍
Also from Belfast 😅
Cold and wet in Central Scotland. Sadly no summer here this year.
Good morning from Melbourne, Australia. A beautiful spring morning after thunderstorms yesterday.
Have a great day.
i’m scottish borders too, eyemouth 😊
I have serious mirror envy! I have a couple of my own Venetian mirrors, yours is a real find and a great price!
Fellow Cayenne owner 🙋. You can fit a lot in them. I once had a free standing bathtub, along with my mother & father in mine!
Love the lamp and the mirror is stunning. I lived in the the South of France for 5 years and antiques are also my obsession. I now live in Mexico, although France still calls to me. Love your channel.
OMG! You had "One of These Nights" playing in the background. That's my FAVORITE Eagles' song!
You have helped my appreciation of things and people...always in my heart!!!
I was so nervous when you put the mirror UNWRAPPED in the car! It needed lots of bubble wrap protection!
I love the back and forth struggle with selling things💕🥂
😂I had to pause at 13:59 I couldn’t stop smiling/laughing and rewinding the bits! You and Maria just so brilliantly funny. Stephanie, that’s the sense of humor I so enjoy and love. I so enjoy it when you let it shine on vlogs. Much enjoyable from all of you❤

I think you may need to plan a whole room around those strawberry lamps.
Beautiful finds from the antique stores! The mirror is lovely.
Keep the glasses with the tray😂 also check the wiring on strawberry lamp looks a little old
those prints are like the German version of _Maisons de Campagne des Environs de Paris_
Hah I used to read all of Enid Blyton’s books as a kid growing up overseas in Libya! My parents had them shipped to us from Foyles in London!.

Better than the lamps the other day.of all the years I watched they were the worst things ever.
I take it that you already know that there is the same ceiling at Château d’Ainay-le-Vieil that you have in your wonderful chapel.
Good morning from cold wet from Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺 🌧️
That piece of slate with the corners cut off is part of a billiard table 😊
❤ the pharmacy jars
Sounds incredibly fun.
Darling Channel. Thank you ❤
Glenmorangie is my favourite whisky, and the distillery is only an hour from where I live in northern Scotland, Slainte Mhath!
Phillips "You can't keep doing this". Stephanie was in trouble in such a sweet funny way. Only Phillip would have a porcelain shine 🤣
Sounds like you had a cracking time in Vichy! What a magnificent thing to have Marie making pasta by hand! Bon appetit
Those glasses on the tray are darling 😍

Goodnight from Dublin, Ireland (1.02am). ❤❤
Suggestion: find another tray and set of brandy glasses and choose which set to sell, which one to keep.
Hiya Lovlies Thankyou for the visit . Blessings luv Southern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦🐝
thanks Stephanie! 🏰
you couldn’t end your vlogs any better than presenting Maria’s beautiful dishes
👩🏼🍳🍽️

Well done Marie 😋 I wish I could cook just a smig of your talents. I can run a boiled egg. I’m 66 😂 anyway love your food. And the table Phillip 💕🙏
