Nice work- but why the Rails? U can use the hoppers under the composters to connect the second farm. I have build it with 2 sugarcane farms- only 2 levers and more efficent.
did you know why some designs are using composters even they are not making bonemeals? because they will reduce the lag that caused due to items passing hoppers it was an example a farm designer should provide the details make the farm 100% optimized + make new ideas not milking the same idea like before

The kelp wont grow and idont know why. But only when i turn on the farm and the pistons back up leaving space for it to grow.
did you leave the gap under the sticky pistons and did you chunk align it?

You may have built it across a chunk border, this can break some farms occasionally when loading/unloading chunks

the problem will cause while you made the system multiple of 2 you should use 7 or 9 pistons higher or lower
