I’m trying to build my own truck wash here in Illinois but I’m not even sure where to start! Was there any specific permits or license you had to get before you started on your project?
Yeah I needed to do an extra pumping tank for the drainage in connection with the oil water separator, in Massachusetts I had to meet with my state plumbing board to get the variance approved that was the main thing, also communication with the town building and plumbing inspectors was important

How much was this to build and measurements?
I believe I spent around $100k roughly, I did most of the labor myself, that was materials, it measures 80’x30’
