Part 1 of Building Tamiya Honda F-1 in

This is the first update on a new build: Tamiya's Honda F-1 from 1966/67, an old plastic kit in 1:12 scale. It will have operating drive shafts and working suspension. This vid covers initial parts prep and first stages of assembling the chassis and the V12 engine.

Thanks Tim! I built the 1:12 Yardley McLaren M23 decades ago when I was a teenager. Have collected about 8 kits in the series since, but only now building one of them!

That's a nice kit I've always wanted to build a 1/12 like the Ferrari F1/90 but I know it's expensive to buy .

Yeah, it is expensive - we can only hope it might get re-released some day! A friend built one many years ago - great kit of a beautiful car.
