He is the worst defender in the history of the sport. He may very well be able to put up 30+ ppg but unless he completely changes his entire mentality, he will never be a winning player. He cares more about highlights and looking cool than winning games. No dawg in him. Doesn’t play team basketball. Rockers have gotten worse every year.

I can't get over the hatred for this guy. Super explosive and speedy! He makes his share of mistakes but once he "loses a step" he will be as quick as everyone else. The game will start coming to him and btw he is a LOCK DOWN defender...when he wants to be. Pure scorer and fun as hell to watch

Next year he will average at least 25pts a game and put on a show. All his shooting averages will be better. Last year as a 20 21 year old he averaged 22 pts a game. He definitely dropping 25 pts a game.

Him and Sharpe have the highest bounce in the league but Green especially lacks the length and strength to be the best athlete in the league and not quite as fast or agile as Ja. Best overall athlete is probably Giannis then Jalen Johnson on the Hawks he’s just a bit raw as a player rn next are probably Ant Edwards, Thompson twins and Jalen Williams. Oh and Zion but he barely plays

@@willthomas807 Zach LaVine is one of the most explosive too but a bit lacking in strength and length. Green is only 6’4 190lbs 6’7 1/2 wingspan and his athleticism doesn’t translate to good defense. He’s an amazing athlete but really it’s Giannis who I meant to say the best overall athlete size, explosiveness and strength. LeBron, DWade and Kawhi were always more complete athlete’s than Russell Westbrook in my opinion. Jalen Johnson is like Aaron Gordon but faster(not that he will b better than Green but better athlete) Ant and Thompson twins and those type of players will always have physical advantage over Green in my opinion he lacks strength and length to have high two way upside and he’s not Ja

Too often, he goes for excessive style & contortion around the rim when it isn't necessary. Yeah, we have a highlight reel of all the times he made the shots, but he misses a lot more. When he figures out how to better pick his spots to attack, then he'll not only be more efficient, but he'll protect himself better, as well.

@@farhan007 Barely more efficient than barnes and wasn't a big enough sample size with Cade this year. And he's not the passer/defender that Barnes and Cade are. I like Jalen and I think he'll be a better scorer than both of them but he has a lot to work on to become a positive impact player consistently

Cade is significantly less efficient career wise than Green. Like a 4% gap in true shooting percentage which is the difference between slightly below mid efficiency and near league worst. So that gap doesn't compensate for 2 more assists lol.
Barnes has no excuse to have a lower scoring efficiency than a guard asked to be the primary center of defensive attention who is asked to score off the dribble almost all the time.
Barnes isn't asked to self create as much and isn't concern number 1 for opposing defenses. Opposing defenses care more about Siakiam, FVF and OG. That's a lot of pressure and defensive attention off Barnes that Green does not have the luxury of. He

He is such an inconsistent scorer. Like its great you can do cool stuff, but like Jokic/KD do very little super impressive stuff but they score the ball. You can't be a leading player at 42%/33% FG/3%
