The panels is out only where your legs can touch or kick . To prevent leg from breaking glass

Access outside facade , cut silicone out, remove broken panel, install new panel and re silicone
you just cut off the clips and replace them with the new glass
Now, how do you replace the glass when the time comes?

Well , cut the ssg sealant out, take the toggle clips out and then take the glass out for replacement.
