In this part of the channel's video series, we showed you how to make #doubleglazing glass for use in doors and windows.
The advantages of double-glazed and multi-glazed glass include thermal insulation, noise reduction, greater security, and longer lifespan.
But the construction of these windows has special methods that distinguish their types. Different thicknesses of glass, different distances between two glasses, injection of different gases or the type of gas vacuuming, etc.
In this video, we first clean two pre-cut and hardened glasses with cleaning materials very carefully, then sealing strips filled with moisture-absorbing materials are glued between the two glasses, and then with a special adhesive that The space created between the two glasses is completely filled to protect any dust from entering between the two glasses.
Also, in the next video, you can see in the near future that, after the glue dries, using the device and the capsule, we first empty the inside of the two glasses and then argon gas is injected into it.

Interesting "Strips" used! but WHAT's the use of Cleaning Glass when *NO Gloves* are worn?
In fact, you are right! They should wear gloves but the side of the glass that is in contact with the strip should only be clean and the other side is not important.
Where can I get that aluminum spacer with the glazing tape already on it in small quantities? I'm not seeing it anywhere.

Exactly, quite pointless effort, i'd say.
they are cleaning the inside thats sealed later.
I used to work for a company called Vitrum here in Canada and one thing they forgot is to blow air pressure inside to clean out lint and dirt that got trapped inside...
But otherwise, it's pretty easy.
