As a returning player from the mid 2000's I don't know what my DYE Boomstick of the time sounded like because all I heard was the clack, clack, clack of my Autococker lol.
@@MariusXerxes same applies to all the xball players who shot Ego's 😆 there's only so much a barrel will do when your marker sounds like a howitzer going off every shot.
Great test. Your db meter is definitely better than a cell phone mic thats for sure. The strange thing to me with the carbon nano is the second cloud of mist when you shoot around the middle of the barrel. Irrelevant to sound but very relevant to playing in cold weather or humid weather. Thanks for posting this!
Very nice comparison video. I think the tips are most important when determining loudness, while the PWR inserts will determine speed and STD dev. The same insert from PE was used for the entire test . Would be interesting to test and compare the Dye, PE and Carbon inserts.
Amazing video! I have an s63 with a deadly winds tip. In all honesty, I never noticed the sound difference. But after watching this video I’d either go Nano or UL-I.
Great comparison, that classic Dye porting still seems to be the best all around. It would be interesting to hear the difference in signature from downrange. Some of the louder barrels may just be directing sound back at the shooter vs target.
Love what you said about the new parabolic fl tip. I had the same issue and the owner tried telling me that's how they all are and I was the only one being picky about rattling inside. He's a dick
Out of all my barrels I always find myself going back to my one piece lucky 15” 685 or one of my disruptive 15” one pieces. I feel the one piece is more accurate due to the whole barrel being bore’d 15”.

Let's just all embrace Dye UL barrel supremacy like we did in the early and mid 2000's. All hail the boomstick! 🙏🙏🙏
Cheers to that

I must say i thoroughly enjoyed this! I can’t believe y’all own so many barrels. Love it
Glad you enjoyed it!

Could very well be the case
Thanks for taking the time to make this video!
This comparison really makes me want to get the nano or the ULI barrel…
I have both and love both. Always been a boomie fan since early 2000’s
New Nano Barrel all the way !!!
The winner is the CS3 for sure :) I just wish they came in better colors stock, right now I want to order a Fossil CS3!

I didn’t even both reaching out on it given how he’s treated me in the past in other parabolic stuff. It def sucks and his QC is bad
I'll never do business with him again and i tell all my customers about my experience with him @@PbBros513

how does the acculock sound compared to these on a cs3?
Ahhh was hoping you would’ve had the 180R tip with S63 back. I notice a considerable difference. Great vid nonetheless.
Only one I didn’t have on hand!
Any difference in decibels between the power grip back and stock s63 with the silencio tip being used ?
Only difference on all of these backs is just aesthetics!
Are these the PBXbros ? Love that website, either way great video
What brand size 10 ring did you put on the dye ul-I cf?
Some generic Amazon one. Looks like it’s an Enso?
Curious what the sound measure would be with a lapco lol.
I'm still using og freak for everything...seen some of those infamous barrels where they're sold to the customer without internal polishing
That was definitely the case on the Gen 2 and 3 Silencio FL tips. They’ve since really stepped up their QC and all their barrels rock!
Hey quick question! Is the barrel back exchangeable between the crbn ic pwr and the crbn nano?
It is!
I appreciate the response and the testing! Subbed!
@@PbBros513 I have a mad man question. Do you know if the dye cf-I fits the dye ul-s tips?
@@urfaceistoofunnyit does not unfortunately!
Would love to see the dw whip tip on the s63 back
Figured it would be very close to just the DW full carbon PWR barrel, as the back just holds the insert. I imagine very similar!
there is 2 of you!?! i thought it was the same person but with a grown out beard
