- We kept one day for Double-decker Live root Bridge followed by Rainbow waterfall. If you want to enjoy the full trek better stay down at TYRA or Nongriat village near the root bridge and start the trek early morning to avoid the crowd. You have to climb down around 3500-4000 steps with very few flat patches. I was frequently irritated by the crowd you get to in this place. So we were looking for an unexplored remote place and look at what we found in the video. Without any doubt, it is must visit the place.

About Living root bridge -
A living root bridge is a type of simple suspension bridge formed of living plant roots by tree shaping.
They are common in the southern part of the Northeast Indian state of Meghalaya.
They are handmade from the aerial roots of rubber fig trees by the Khasi and Jaintia peoples of the mountainous terrain along the southern part of the Shillong Plateau.
Root bridges have also been observed in the Indian state of Nagaland.

Went here in Feb 2019, just collecting the old memories here. One of the best and toughest trek "Rainbow waterfalls". Thanks bro for bringing those times again. Megalaya- the most wonder given to us by nature.

I really liked the missing bolt shot, followed by slomo on the suspension bridge... Nice. What's the significance of the piled up round stones under that bridge and even at certain places later during the video? Damn fascinating! 3500, 4500 steps, huh? Good for the heart... Nice. Aha!!! A dog lover/feeder, huh? Nice. At 4:03, when you start climbing up, two local ladies crossed you walking down with weight over their heads and backs - did you notice something very peculiar??? Both of them had their arms, folded across their chests, holding the weight straps in their hands to balance out the weight on the back!!!! The spine remains in the correct posture irrespective of the weight or the terrain! Fucking brilliant strategy!

Yes, in NE, everybody listens to some or the other western genre of music.I remember discussing Deep Purple and Black Sabbath with a cigarette shop vendor (my good old smoking days) at Shillong! My love for NE obviously began with that, then the breathtaking geography of course.
At the rope bridge, yes, those puppies were damn fluffy and cute. But I guess they would be much happier there. Good underwater shots at the rope bridge. Yes, I completely agree with Mohamed Javeed. Well said.
Further, I really liked you guys respecting the privacy of the 'strange' camper on the right while climbing down..... Nice. Always good to mind your own business.
The remote small pool, before going to the rainbow falls, was not only beautiful, but also in use too - the red underwear drying on one of the rocks was evidence enough 😂

Hey, I loved the edit at 14:08 - darkness - 14:09 - next second the shot opens to the rainbow falls, matching perfectly with the tempo of the musical notes in the background..... simple, yet effective.... Nice. Even the following drone shot from the top, into the shot of the rainbow falls (with the piano building up in the background)... very nice.

Thanks to our friendly neighborhood drone pilot Vignesh PT - insane drone shots guys! The stones that looked like massive boulders while trekking on them, seemed like gorgeously carved pebbles in majestic blue water from air!!! Spectacular!!!!

Hey, I loved something else in the edit while the drone shots of the pool you guys dipped in - the drone shots also included you talking into the camera (saying - waanga, drone shots pakalaam) - that's the same shot which began the drone shot itself! Accidently done? Whatever, it was a nice touch.
The water dripping shots were great too, of course, I would rather enjoy them from far. I can't swim and I understand hypothermia! Good conversation around the tiny fire post the dip with the same campers you didn't bother with earlier.
Hey, nice touch letting the kids watch lions on your laptop. Coz that shot helped the closing so beautifully. Loved the transition - from Africa lions on screen to a kitten playing on your lap as the closure. Shows that as a vlogger, you gotta shoot as much as you can.
