It absolutely is the American Aeroflot. I was lied to, dropped, insulted several times., until I decided to avoid them all together. The whole story involves a child with epilepsy being abandoned at 2 am in the street in Las Vegas; someday I'll make a video about it. Horrendous airline.

I remember how United were so intolerable when it during Covid, they just dragged people out for not wearing a mask. If I was going to Europe there are better airlines. Lufthansa, LOT, Austrian are pretty decent.
Well what was wrong with the plane? Did you find out? Did you want to fly on a broken plane and land in the Atlantic Ocean? Also do you think airlines just have 100 million airplanes just sitting at the airport doing nothing?
@Willow.hand. that has to do with ATC, which is the federal government. ATC slows down traffic at Newark, which affects take-off and landing. They do not have a man power to safely control all the traffic coming through the nyc air space, which is the busiest airspace in the world because it has 5 airports using this airspace. EWR, JFK, LGA, PHL, LONGISLAND, AND WEST CHESTER
I guess you don't travel enough to know that it's not common to be delayed on every flight by one specific airline. Hopefully one day you will get out more :D

It was the tech issue that messed up all the airlines so they just fixed the update.... not really saving lives on this one

There was nothing wrong with it, they weren’t organizing the traffic at Newark correctly so planes didn’t have gates open
