I would probably recommend a planner without dates so yo can skip the months that you don´t use your planner (or in case of a weekly planner, you just skip a few weeks) and maybe put post-its during that time for your to-do lists
I'm from South America, so I can´t recommend any specific planner or brand, but maybe those styles can be useful! :)
