Just north of Cincy. Been plowing for 25 plus years. Now we do a shopping mall in our area. Such peace especially at night. Pete you have the best in that plow
Looks like you got way more snow than I do here in Central Wisconsin I got maybe an inch yesterday but just enough to use the sweeper attachment on my John Deere 455. Probably the only the second time this year to use it so now I get to enjoy watching you clear more snow
Every single time I watch one of these Ventrac videos, I have to tell my wife this is why I need to invest in one of these... not because I actually need one, but because it literally does it all. Definitely could of used that here this last week with the 3" of ice followed by another 5-7" of snow. My cub cadet snowblower just doesnt have the weight or power to get that amount of ice on the bottom moved.
Hey Pete we just started doing snow this year, we spent 24 hours over at UNC Rockingham in Eden counting the salt. We wound up getting about 4 inches on the jobsite
Actually no lots of guys have them around here.. lot of the good old boys have four-wheel drive trucks with plows and they make side money going around to the gas stations plowing their parking lots and plowing driveways for people.. and pulling people out of ditches..
Being from NY state the city I lived in never had anything like the ventrac you was lucky to get the street plowed at times with all the trucks the city had would take a day or two
Asked last year if you’ve close to Wilson, NC. My daughter is there now interning now for Merck Pharmaceutical till June. She left today early because of possible snow!!! 😂😂 she attends Michigan State!
@ it’s never happened to me. I’m definitely not going to jam it up on purpose just to make a video 😂. I would for sure use some channel lock pliers to dislodge the stuck debris.
We just got our first measurable snow/sleet here in St. Louis. And it was quite the winter storm for us. We are about every 5 years on these bigger storms. Smaller 3-5” happens a few times a year. Anyway, the point I wanted to make was that the snow plow guys around here have been absolutely horrible. Poor quality and also a lot that didn’t get plowed at all. So what’s the deal? I think it’s a combo of, people don’t wanna work and do good work, not as many plow company’s around anymore or maybe the prices have gotten out of control. I don’t know. But it wasn’t good.
We aren’t far enough south, most all of North Carolina contractors and the state are set up for snow and ice. The last couple of years we haven’t got anything worth measuring. Before that we used to get at least 2 measurable snows that were worth plowing. I would say once you get into parts of South Carolina and definitely Georgia is when they shut down.
Us locals from North Carolina are used to snow.. now one of my buddies I work with he was born and raised in Florida and moved up here.. first year we got snow he freaked out he said I don't know how you people live up here😂😂😂
If I remember correctly 4 years ago that was one of the worst snow storms we ever got it was about 3 ft.. we got all the snow in 24 hours that North Carolina usually gets all year.. we can get some doozies here sometimes..
@@TruthSeeker247365 yes sir! Like I said in the video we used to get GOOD snow falls here every year. I’ve made an incredible amount of money pushing snow.

I am located in Lebanon, by Kings Island! Sounds like we are in the same area.
@ Liberty Center mall
We are really close to each other
I'm also in this area. Who would ever expect being so close to other TH-camrs. Pretty sweet!

Man Pete!! You got me over here trying to figure out a way to convince my wife I need a Ventrac with the snowblower attachment. 😅😅

@@GCITurf Maaan you already know. I got about as much chance as a zebra steak getting past a lion. Blessed is the man who finds a wife......😂😂

Being in Ohio I love this and the Ventrac really is "bad to the bone" and keep those Ford trucks working! ❤ great video Pete
Gotta love ol Pete! Jump right in the cockpit and show ya how to get it done!! 👍🏻

Great video Pete I like that ford dump truck

Pete is having fun pushing snow. You have to be one of the only guys down there with a plow.

Good job Pete ❤
Central Indiana received a foot overall this week after two events, fortunately it was dry and light.
You have more snow then we’ve gotten this year in New Hampshire. Weather is weird this year
Nice equipment. The snow you get is likely wet and heavy so quality equipment is needed.
@@mnbednar8071 agreed!
Push my share of the snow at the city for 25 years can’t say I actually miss it long days and nights sometimes. But they vent track is pretty awesome.
I had the contract for snow at Temple Hospital on Broad St in Philly for a few years, Ventrex with a brush was the ticket!

That's what I use for side walks. Worst thing is catching a piece of debris and jams it up

@GCITurf i catch debris from the road that gets plowed up. U don't see it.
@ yeah the only thing you can do in that case is stopped and get it unstuck.

So you spend snow money on snow equipment? No snow for 4 years and you managed to buy $70,000+ truck & plow. Must have made good money 4 years ago.
