So my question is how would you define leadership? If you could only use one sentence, what would it be?

Was this the last lesson? It ended with you saying "Next time we'll talk about... everything!"

Can you provide your viewers with the slides when you integrate them into the lecture?

Dan... My jobs since I was 21 was "Leader". Yes I had the technical skills, but it was getting people to see a vision of what we were doing and could do together. And showing it to them. Some egotistic maniacs didn't like me. I was able to lead past most. But 2 I had to say... they are too much. One lasted as leader of the medical group until he again had an affair for the second or third time. He is now gone. (BTW... I told my sons to not think with their penis.) So teach leadership. Do it well. Do it explicitly. I'm glad a university is allowing it to happen actually.

If leadership is concerned about ruling and not judging, how can we argue that best leader has (best) judgement capability while deciding exceptions in rules and policies?
