Isn't respect a contextual pretext? What makes any moral stance non contextual? If they're all contextual then why pretend, at all, that there is some underlying, universal moral relevance? How can we ever think we posess such abstruse and counter intuitive knowledge. It would take "hubris" to think this way, wouldn't it?

Nice work Dan. I am coming up with my own online instruction on this material during the pandemic, but today I think the students are having a guest lecturer, you! Owen Goldin

Voice quality is better, there’s some instances of a slight static but not as loud of static as last video

Arun Ray I’m fine. Thanks for asking-and for the kind words! My doctor urged me to lose weight, so I starter eating a healthier diet, and am down 46 pounds so far.

@@PhiloofAlexandriaBonevac yes indeed I have noticed the same, I hope you are, after 6 months in no need for any doctor. I really envy your student. All the professors that taught me (in Sweden) were nowhere near your awesome way of teaching. I really appreciate that you are sharing your lectures with us. please do not care for the number of views, those who care for philosophy are a minority, but those who do, they find it priceless. wish you all the best professor.
