Hi Michelle. I’m watching your video and heard you mention the birth certificate was stolen. Does she have a Social Security number? If so, I would get a copy of the police report and make at least 4 copies. Take one to the Social Security office and make a report. Same with all three credit bureaus. Even though she’s a minor the information can be used to steal her identity which can have ramifications for years to come. The credit bureaus will flag her if someone attempts to open credit in her name. The SSA can flag her account in case someone starts working under her name. This scheme is more common than you might think. The SSA can provide more guidance. Anything you do now can only help her in the long run. Good luck!

Hey, one thing I learned with negative thought etc, was wear an elastic on your wrist and anytime you start to dwell or have negative thoughts, snap the elastic on your wrist, it actually works!!
Cleaning as I go through out the day is the easiest for me. Whether I am cooking/baking, walking through a room, or had a bathroom break, I will pick up, put away or wipe down. My one nightly focus is the kitchen, for me, having a clean and sparkling kitchen to enter in the morning is my happy place to start my day- I did the wait until morning to do dishes or clean the kitchen but it colored my morning as in a dark place when I would enter that room each morning. I have always been a work outside the home mom so I have had to form cleaning habits and schedule deep cleans around my job and when my kids were still at home (everyone participated in keeping the house tidy daily but that deep clean is what momma did). We each have a different place we are happy with when it comes to daily cleaning and nightly cleaning and that’s ok as long as we all keep consistent with it. As for your mail issue- rent a PO Box to receive all your important mail like bills, new bank or credit cards, passports, etc., we have had to do this as our mail was being stolen out of our mail box which is with others on the corner of our street. Routines- I have found that as long as there is simple daily tasks done then the routine is one that can be interrupted 2:01 or changed for a day or two without total messes being left. Groceries: I keep an annual average of my shopping expenses (less eating out and cleaning and hygiene products) on a spreadsheet, and from 2020 to present groceries have incrementally increased by 25% but this quarter so far we have seen a quick 38% increase compared to the last quarter of 2022 (October to December). So that comes out to a 70% increase from Jan 2020 to present.
We drove 17 hours straight from NJ to Disney World a few years ago with a 2 year old and a 8 year old. It actually went by pretty quick. And it was a fun road trip!
I'm team cold weather and mountains! Don't get me wrong, I do like the beach and swimming but if I had to choose one or the other it would be the mountains. I love cold weather and solitude. 🤭 I also hunt a lot so cold weather signals hunting for me.

I suggest making a bunch of extra pancakes, and freezing the leftovers. I make chocolate chip ones, put two in a bag chocolate facing chocolate, then freeze them for when I need a quick breakfast for my 11 yo son. Last Saturday I was working and he wanted pancakes. So it works. Just open bag and stick in microwave for 1 min. Wallah! Homemade breakfast but delayed. 😊

Since I live in the northeast, I love the beaches in the south for winter vacation but my summers consist of my cottage on the lake in the mountains every weekend. It’s a 3 hr drive. Love the lake and boating in the summer. Did you get the passports? You can call the office of statistical records in your area to see what you should do about the stolen birth certificate.

I’m right there with you about evening motivation. I do better to only load the dishwasher and run it. Clean up the rest of the mess and empty the dishwasher in the morning when my motivation is greater. Afternoon meltdowns aren’t just for the kids lol!
Summertime I plan on staying home and hopefully get some big projects done! Or at least 1 big project. I have 2 bathrooms to remodel, a living room and a huge backyard! I would rather be on a beach (because it’s summer) but my backyard will have to do! Now on the flip side, I would like to be in the mountains and snow (if it was winter time) with hot chocolate and my grandkids!
As far as your mail goes, u can get a private box at your local post office, the only downfall is you have to go there to get you mail, but it won’t get robbed.

To make sure no one's trying to use her information to get credit cards or anything else. People can be so cruel now -in- days. Making a police report was the best thing to do. Thanks and Im glad to have you here! I did check with the credit company and they said I can’t get her credit because she is under age. I called the SS office and they said they can’t request her SS number without a parent ID along the with birth certificate. So I’m a little stuck on what to do next
I am so sorry that you have to deal with all that. I can't believe us parents can't check on our own kid credit while they're under age. Cause all that and everything else about our kids is our responsibility and problems to deal with. If I think of anything else I will let you know.
I'm going to be working all through the summer. As much as possible as I'm saving for my wedding and my fiancé is trying to find a new job as he got demoted by the new higher management as the company supposed to save mccolls has totally failed as they are paying them less now and he's an assistant manager but will have to do his normal duties for less pay and for the same pay as the trainees. Morrisons staff get paid fairly the company that took over but they are refusing to do the same for McColls staff who they pay. So he's looking for a new job with better pay. He had to recruit new staff as they were understaffed before. It took yrs to get enough staff and now with the lower pay, now no one wants to stay and the pay was already too low so they struggled to get staff at that pay. So the shop will close if that happens. Even though they say it's now being fixed up when it wasn't on the list to get repairs.
