Hey how would you graph a piecewise function with a quadratic that is not just a shifted parabola in other words how would you graph ax^2 +bx+c since it has a minimum it maximum

B B domain is the range of the x axis, and the range is the range of the y axis. I know I worded it weirdly but I hope that makes sense
