So the thing is I applied literally everywhere from every site with having overall 11 years of experience in construction, industrial and refractory industry and also having such extensive experience in every domain of work i.e. execution, QC, QSD, Project coordination, project planning, bidding, tendering etc. not get selected only on basis of my one country citizenship that is Indian.. So there must be very wrong in my way of application or either there is no recruiter who's hiring directly from india..
