🍅 INGREDIENTS🍴:
lemon - 3 kg
sugar - 1.5 kg
water - 800 ml
From this amount of ingredients I got 1 780 ml of lemon jam.
🍅 I recommend first preparing for a sample (about 400 ml):
lemon - 4 pcs;
sugar - 360 g (2 cups / 200 ml);
water - 200 ml
Cook the jam for 30 minutes.
