Hmmm it's depends, here it's before the first firing. But you can apply on bisque too :)

What clear glaze did you ise on the top layer? Im having problems with my clear glaze changing the color of my underglazes

@lizbethdiaz59 I use a french clear glaze EK040T. Look if your clear glaze have zinc in it, it's can come from it :)
