just a heads up for people that aren't made of gold, those sharpening stones are going to be *EXPENSIVE* for a while until gatherers and crafters get more of their points in. They take core alloy (which takes 10 bismuth) and a null stone (this expansion's super rare mining material) to make *ONE* weapon stone. If they are too expensive for you, it might be worth using the algari mana oil (crit/haste) instead since it is much cheaper. For comparison right now a rank 2 mana oil is 164g, r3 is 300g. Meanwhile the whetstone is 3200g for a r2 and 5000g for a r3.
It's INSANE how vast the difference in price is between a rank 2 and rank 3 item is. Like I'm testing Authority of the Depths on both weapons. Rank 3 is 35k+ and it stacks ~23100 dmg on proc whereas the Rank 2 process 21000 dmg but it's 30000 gold cheaper. Until I'm closer to my "dream" gear I'm buying Rank 2. Hurt to replace my legendary weapon with Auth of Radiance (30k) but the Champ one is the same item. Also, sorry for ranting, a friend got the Auth of Depths enchant and it's just another instance of the mats costing more than the finished product. I guess eventually all the specialization tracks do something to make it profitable. Still it's awful spending 10-20k to craft something that sells for 500.

It looks like we ended up in a good place where both Hero Trees are viable in Raid and M+, only with Aldrachi being superior high M+ keys. But I guess one of the 2 is always gonna win in an infinite scaling environment no matter how well you balance.
8:06 out of curiosity; why wouldn't you want the 18% damage buff from 'Inertia' on your Eye Beam? I saw that you used it on Death Sweep and Annihilation, which do considerably less damage than Eye Beam. Is there a reason for that, or is it just your preference? If I place my rune, immolate then fel-rush+Eye Beam, I get such a hard-hitting Eye-Beam, it's crazy. It has 18% damage, plus the mastery and crit bonus.
@@ForTheForsaken you get it on the deathsweep, the annihilation, and the two demonsurges which come with them, as well as some extra damage on the EssB and burning blades from Annihilation. It’s just not as much damage to buff beam, especially since beam is a channel which takes up a good chunk of your inertia buff

Loving the content just watched the Queen kill and you did a really good job. So no shade but I'm really curious why all the Havoc DH players who are obviously very skilled didn't notice that their numbers were equal/better/razor thin with Aldrachi. I guess maybe the Sim gave an impression of robotic perfection allowing for a higher ceiling coupled with the expansion being new. Still the talk, guides, etc on Fel was do NOT play it. Super glad I didnt have to learn Aldrachi, Fel is hard enough (wanted to tank but guild needed DPS and I'm pretty sure tanking as a new player would have been awful)
@@dashvash5440 fel scarred was bugged for a very long time both in game and in sims. Those bugs were fixed, putting it equal in terms of sim performance. They also buffed it a good deal. Obviously if they’re equal in terms of performance on a sim, Aldrachi is just going to be worse due to profile and uptime requirements

@@trivial50 wowhead guide and this guide should have nearly identical talent recommendations, we both recommend the fel scarred ST build and such Shad and I, and the other Havoc people, all come to these conclusions together so nothing should be that different
Good stuff as always VooDoo! My only complaint is that the no-mover seems somewhat.... weaker... that it already was. Last time I played was season 3, so I have no references for s4 for DF, but at the end of s3, I was able to be on par, (Barely a +/- 1% difference) with my guild's lead HDH with nomover, and they had better gear than me. After about 10 (5 each build for a decent average) 5 minute parses on both 3 and 5 target dummies, the difference between the move and no-move build is kinda depressing. May just be a me getting re-used to the game thing? And god do I hope so. Because an average of 1.2m for 5 target vs an average of 858k for 5 target is kinda depressing.
@@ListlessTV no mover ar is pretty close to FS in sims, but sims often have unrealistic scenarios with uptime. No mover is actually in a pretty similar spot as it was in s3/s4 where it’s viable in raid but not the best option, being a few % behind
@voodoosaurus Why do we hold essence break till the third sweep combo? Wouldn’t it make more sense to go sig>Immo>Beam>FR>EB>DS>ANNI>Backflip>Meta? That means that Essence break is up 5-6 seconds faster for next combo.
@@Daltro16 you have to wait till eyebeam is up anyways, and you’re just delaying meta longer that way. Since meta resets eyebeam and we’re not doing double sweep, you line it up with the eyebeam reset to keep their CDs the same

Hi, why arent we felrushing before the hunt? So the hunt gets the inertia buff too in the FS AOE opener. You have to immo aura felrush multiple times anyway.
@@tuvicious1156 you don’t want to immo outside of a pack if you can help it, and you want mastery on your immos as well In truth it’s probably better to SoF after hunt, as if you get a ton of immo auras you miss part of the buffs during EssB, but in general as long as you’re doing it around the opener you’re fine
I'm curious as to why FS takes inertia and essb for st when sd sims about 3% higher for me. I'm returning to wow so maybe I'm just doing something wrong with the sims but it seems to me like sd does more dmg
@@thegrumpylobster2937 SD doesn’t do more damage, it’s likely a gear thing or you have some weird sim happening. We’ve done a lot of work into testing and simming these sims

Im sorry to break it to you as i love havoc. Incase your goal is to do higher keys (like df s4 17+ equivalent) then safe your time. Not worth investing the time into a spec that is currently worse at basicly everything compared to the meta contenders. Thats just the truth :) ill play my havoc as an alt cause i find it fun still
@@ottermoto6789 nope, Annih has been buffed to the point where missing time in EssB due to using meta isn’t worth it. If you get a reset from your tier set you’d still do DS Annih DS but it’s not worth wasting the time with meta

On Wowhead it says CRIT > MASTERY > AGILITY and for Adrachi CRIT > AGILITY ... Is this a typo? Is it expected to run around in lower level gear with better secondaries? According to your video Agility still seems to be king. Can you confirm pls?
@@soskuthyandras232 item level is always king but it’s generally not worth thinking about primary stat too much. There’s a certain level of “these secondaries are better than the ilvl” but unless it’s a neck or a ring if it’s like 3-4 ilvls higher it’s probably better
@@Aissat55 practice the opener and the essence break combo portion, outside of that, it’s just use Blade dance on cooldown, generate fury with VR and fel blade, and spend with chaos strike. Spend some time on the dummies doing the essence break combo and the opener and it should help out. It’s a lot of buttons to memorize the order of, but outside of those windows the rotation is *very* simple
Vengeful Retreat into Essence Break is just pure dps loss, 90% of the time we will be missing half the targets due to the poor design of the spell, I keep practicing on stationary dummies and miss 2 or 3 every single time
/castsequence reset=10 Immolation Aura, The Hunt, Vengeful Retreat, Eye Beam, Fel Rush, Essence Break, Blade Dance This macro handles the essence break combo, but youll have to sigil before hand.
I love no mover builds simply because I hate with a passion when my movement abilities are on cooldown and I'm forced to spam glide whenever I need to dodge a mechanic. I posted this on another video, but imagine the scenario: "Rogue, please sprint around the arena and clear out those puddles on the ground." Rogue: sprint is on cooldown, my build uses it to deal more damage on backstab. I really can't agree with this kind of design. It's like putting leg weights on "the most mobile class" so it can get the same score as the others when running a marathon. 🤦♂️

Why do you cast eye beam outside the inertia buff ?

I dont understand why i should save immo/sigil for Meta ? 😮 isnt it That Metall resets all this cooldowns ? So you will Use it before you use meta?

@@Aissat55 practice the opener and the essence break combo portion, outside of that, it’s just use Blade dance on cooldown, generate fury with VR and fel blade, and spend with chaos strike.
Spend some time on the dummies doing the essence break combo and the opener and it should help out. It’s a lot of buttons to memorize the order of, but outside of those windows the rotation is *very* simple

Vengeful Retreat into Essence Break is just pure dps loss, 90% of the time we will be missing half the targets due to the poor design of the spell, I keep practicing on stationary dummies and miss 2 or 3 every single time

This macro handles the essence break combo, but youll have to sigil before hand.

I love no mover builds simply because I hate with a passion when my movement abilities are on cooldown and I'm forced to spam glide whenever I need to dodge a mechanic.
I posted this on another video, but imagine the scenario:
"Rogue, please sprint around the arena and clear out those puddles on the ground."
Rogue: sprint is on cooldown, my build uses it to deal more damage on backstab.
I really can't agree with this kind of design. It's like putting leg weights on "the most mobile class" so it can get the same score as the others when running a marathon. 🤦♂️
dragonflight season 3 dh was way funnier to play i don't see the problem with dashing f.u blizzard
