Could be better explained. Reservation can me used by other VMs which they did not even bring up. Microsoft Never learns. Please come up with ideas not already done by Amazon would be a good start. Be innovative unlike China

I reserved a couple of VMs in UKS and it's taking bloody ages sitting in PENDING status! Why?
