Very good idea. Phosphate it acidic so it's harmful for the plant but if you put vegetable puree and Di ammonium phosphate, phosphate and ammonia react onto the functional groups of fibers and it is a lot safer for the plants!

Please keep the plants in the full sunlight , 8 hrs a day. Water it properly and add 1 tsp of Super phosphate and 1 tsp. Of Pottash each month.

Leaf curl is mainly a viral disease. SAAF is a fungicide. You shouldn't expect to control the disease by any fungicide
