If you have xbox( no clue if it works the same with play station or pc) have a trusted friend or family member and just game share with them and you both have the game its what me and a buddy of mine do great for saving money. I still see the problem, though, with no couch co-op. If your friend or family member doesn't have the same device, but I guess I just wanted to put my twosence in and its game work shop so no surprise, lol
No one does it anymore for good reasons. Games have become extremely hard to render and devs have to use *a lot* of tricks to keep the framerate stable while showing massive hordes of enemies and big explosions. Having split screen in a game means having a game optimized to run twice simultaneously on the same console/pc and most of the tricks used to lessen the strain of the game on the console become useless because you have a second camera rendering twice as much stuff. It can work on smaller games or games that don't use a lot of CPU/GPU heavy effects but on something as big as SM2 or any action based AAA game it would just melt the console and not run on 95% of the pcs
Truth be told I actually hope they don’t 40k really can’t afford to make the same mistake halo has where every game is based around Masterchief because it does the universe a disservice I think Titus should have a trilogy of games then have the Space marine games branch off into other chapters and Character maybe even prequels games set during the heresy.

For a $60-$70 dollar game the least they could do is make a 15-20 hour campaign. Spiderman 2 suffered from a pathetically short campaign too and it got damaged for it
@@dragith7899 most people will be playing PVE and PVP. Only a handful of people are complaining about the campaign length. I will complete the campaign, but I mainly care about the PVE and PVP to customize my space marine. 10-12 hours is fine.

Honestly, I'm worried about Space Marine 2. pros: + all the cosmetics look nice + co-op mode (PvE) + PvP mode cons: - 10 hour campaign seems kinda small imho. - no PC specs *1 month* before release - live-service could mean a battlepass that we'd have to pay for aditionally. My conclusion to all the information we've been getting so far tells me that this game might not be much for the price.
Black Templar skin is probably what they meant by the "Champion of the Chapter" DLCs. Sure looked like it. Kinda wish it had a unique helmet, instead of them going "lol repainted mk10 helmet, fuck you"
For those who wish to know the specs, they are now on steam. Recommend GPU is a 3070 or equivalent. Recommended memory is 16GB. Processor is a RYZEN 7 5800X Or equivalent. Storage space is 75Gb.
I saw the video with the Black Templars, and love that they’re adding more chapters. Just hope they add more chapters and accessories that align with the chapter! Like The Jaguars and their Incan and Mayan accessories would be epic!
Do we know what others chapters will be present in the game ? my best bet will be season pass cosmetics, probably like the templar, but it would be nice to have the Space Wolf ( especially since the thousand sons seems tobe part of this games campaign / Coop-op mode), we could imagine DLC with other chapter and xenos forces down the line
10 to 12 hours of pure quality gameplay is fine. I'd much rather 10 hours of amazing gameplay that I want to replay than 50 hours of stretched out to the breaking point mindnumbing boredom, basically I don't want an Ubisoft game.

There isn’t a chaplain class but there might be a chaplain helmet and maybe a crozius for one of the melee classes in multiplayer
