Rules and Regulations are not followed today all over India.
Only people should have awareness.
The govt should streamline this They should nt give the clearance to them if they found any defects.

Association with signatures of the owners should represent the grievances to the Minister for Local Governments, Mr Nehru, with a complaint to the Chief Minister's Cell. Unless the problems are exposed, no action will be taken by the government. All the buyers of the flats paid for getting all amenities. The most important amenities are the sewage and metro water. 750 families suffer a lot for want of basic amenities. How the completion certificate was obtained by the builder is not known. Please try to call the press and different media for expressing our issues. Legal action may also be proceeded as we are spending a lot for monthly maintenance and for the repayment of loans through EMI. Hope the government will be taking action for the benefit of the owners and tenants, as our Bloomingdale is a big gated community with the blocks of multi floors.
Apartments are nothing but sophiscated jail where u can get bail and barole everyday as u like.
