2:15 that disc kinda reminds me of the Piwakawaka from Rpm, may not be as understable but excited to see what you think homie! Thanks for the shoutout again!
I always like to give you feedback on your content , i know you work very hard and i am so grateful 🙏 I'm a brand new player learning so fast. Super fun episode. I'm looking forward to putter wars! Have a great day Anthony.
I like modestly soft putters. I've been putting with R-Pro Aviars for over a year now. Was putting exclusively DX Aviars for the 4 years prior to that. I just like the extra grip, and the softer plastic bounces and skips less, and tends to stick to (or not bounce out of) the chains a touch better than the stiffer base plastics. Little known fact: The Rubber Pro blends differ a little bit. I have a Rhyno that's a bit softer and deforms more, and a Pig that is stiffer and doesn't deform. The Aviars are somewhere in between.
I'm only 36 seconds in so not much to say about discs yet, but you gotta point that knife away from your stomach cutting open those bubble mailers my guy!
If the Marvel feels like a slightly more shallow P2, maybe compare the Marvel against the Rainmaker? I thought that the Rainmaker was more or less just a shallow P2.
@21:02 Very kind of the dogs to inform us Also I agree that the Nomad doesn't feel beaded or tall at all for a raptor-handed guy with an Atom class background. Not identical, but fully interchangeable in terms of comfort. I just wish they made a beefy boi version of it so I would actually afford to use it.
Recently switched from the judge to the PA-3. Really enjoying the firm 300 plastic. It's similar enough to immediately fit but different enough to 'click' with me and feel right.
You know the alpaca is just an aviar with a spacer to make it deeper. If you like the alpaca but it's too deep, an aviar could actually be a good option
Did you ever try an RPM Tui? I loved the feel of that one in my hand most of the dozen+ putters I've tried, but I lost my first one and haven't replaced it yet. I also have the small hands that Anthony does.
I am shocked you aren't adding the nomad to your putter wars. It's over stable and great for baby hands and if you like a small bead lol. Awesome nevermind you kept me in suspense until the end lol.
The marvel in black (both the base and hard) are slightly less shoulder”y” than the glow and normal run base. Glow is the best feeling imo, but the black is the closest to a pure profile - without being a pure.
I'm not intentionally trying this process for putting, but I only have 1 Wizard and that's become my putting putter. I will gladly toss 2-3 other putts at the same putt if I miss with the Wizard. Just someone gifted it to me and I liked it and haven't bought any yet.
I switched back to Nomads, they are really good. Just feel right. I picked them out of a mass putter challenge a few years ago but I had all soft except for like 2 that I didn't really like. I loved them but at some point I found as my putt evolved that soft did not work at all, especially as it got warm. Ratana let me try one of the proto rainmakers and it just instantly clicked with a firmer plate so I switched and figured I get to support my favorite player. Pulled out the nomads and added a few more firms and split 5 nomads/5 rainmakers for a few weeks and tracked the results in practice putting. Nomad was more consistent. Something about it, just fits my hand a tiny bit better and the newer firm feels better in my hand. (I have old firm and I still don't like the feel that much) So now I get to switch back to my beloved Nomads and support Eagle, James, and Simon. Win win :) I'll be curious to see what you think of them and compared to others. You should nerd out and do some spreadsheet tracking like I did lol.
Nope, I won’t be able to throw this evening. Snow is moving in here in Minnesota. We haven’t had any all winter, well, one time we got a little. Actually, playing while the snow is falling is one of my favorite things to do. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. I just don’t think I’ll be able to get out.
Not to throw more putters into the growing mix of putter wars! But I think it's worth trying the P Model S, has a microbead but it's not uncomfortable at all! Same depth as the link/PA-3 and similar to the marvel! Throwing it, is super similar to an avian or a P2 where it's pretty straight with just a slight pushing fade. For putting it just GOES in the basket lol nothing else to say! Worth a try if you don't find success with the marvel, logic, link!
Faith / Hope From what you have been saying I think that these could be good to try, stuff but tacky, hope is shollower faith is deeper. But obviously whatever you are confident in
Super excited for the putter wars! I've been a Logic guy for two years now but recently switched to the Yikun Gui in Tiger plastic. For me fresh Exo-Hard plastic doesn't grip very well under 50*, but fresh Yikun Tiger line feels like seasoned Exo-Hard with just a bit more tackiness. The Gui does have a super funky grip track on the underside of the flight plate that I kind of really love? Definitely a unique feature.
Hot take: whats the first putter you clicked with? The pure? Whatever it was, stick with it. Its not about finding the perfect putter, its you. Spam reps until you even make them when you feel off and never switch putteing putters again
Anthony clicked with the Pure when he started playing. Probably mostly a hand feel click, at least in my opinion, since I have the exact same experience. The Pure is still a great putter for me, but my improvement in the game has nothing to do with Anthony's. I could see the need (for him) to switch to something a bit less glidey with more bite at the end, while still keeping this neutral / good feeling of a Pure. Tough research. For me, I'll probably just get a newer Pure, maybe an Orbit one 😀
That Blue Bodanza Halo Roman is SICK!!
the exo hard logic is the putter you’re gonna end up rockin with
2:15 that disc kinda reminds me of the Piwakawaka from Rpm, may not be as understable but excited to see what you think homie! Thanks for the shoutout again!
Just putt with Electron Envys. Nice and shallow.
Have you putted with the Kastaplast Reko? It's more on the shallower side and K3 is probably the best base plastic out there.
I always like to give you feedback on your content , i know you work very hard and i am so grateful 🙏
I'm a brand new player learning so fast.
Super fun episode.
I'm looking forward to putter wars!
Have a great day Anthony.
Try a nexus invader, I think you may like it.
I guy I play with goes yellow putter and purple putter, yellow for C1 and purple for C2. Prob the best way to putt with two different colored putters
Nomads on top 🐐
What’s the plastic like for the Hooligan discs?
I've been putting with the Discmania Logic since it came out... it's simply logical.
If you like less deep putter you should revisit the roach…
You notice anything similar to the Birdie Strike? One of my favourite molds, and they are disappearing. Have a backup, but only 1.
athena

First disc looks like a rollo with a mako rim
Need Infinite Discs to send you some puddle top X-blend Alpacas for putter wars. They have a different feel and flight compared to normal top ones.
I'm only 36 seconds in so not much to say about discs yet, but you gotta point that knife away from your stomach cutting open those bubble mailers my guy!
Beyond stoked Infinite will focus on new understable discs this year. Hopefully 165-169 grams as well for us noodle arms!
If the Nexus Firefly isn't included in your putter wars, it should. I think it fit what you're looking for.
Happy Valentines day
Can’t believe the Mew Aviar isn’t in the bag
#Hooligang
Pulling instagram off my phone changed my life. Good on ya
I can totally tell who those Hooligan discs are made by just from that circle on the bottom of the blue disc.
Oh yeah…seems like a given, too, that company is making a push forward I tell ya
Who?
That Metal Flake is instantly identifiable too 😅
@@jacobjoro is it gateway?
Have you tried the Nexus Firefly's? Stiff and tacky and shallower than a P2
When does the reach come out?
How bout a Candy from clash?
If the Marvel feels like a slightly more shallow P2, maybe compare the Marvel against the Rainmaker? I thought that the Rainmaker was more or less just a shallow P2.
You should look into the hybrid Pures! They are a special blend that is stiff but tacky
You should try the rainmaker aswell! It's basically a little shallower P2 and a bit less stable
@21:02 Very kind of the dogs to inform us
Also I agree that the Nomad doesn't feel beaded or tall at all for a raptor-handed guy with an Atom class background. Not identical, but fully interchangeable in terms of comfort. I just wish they made a beefy boi version of it so I would actually afford to use it.

The mint disc bullet is shallow, beadless, you should see how it feels with your hand size
You should give Millenium Vela's a try for your 7-speed slot
Also, while im recommending Millenium, i have to shoutout the Solstice (Md4)
Someone has to say it. It is time to tru the Kastaplast Reko
You know the alpaca is just an aviar with a spacer to make it deeper. If you like the alpaca but it's too deep, an aviar could actually be a good option
Have you ever tried putting with PA-3s, shallow and blunt with good stability
The marvel is a lot like the rainmakers
Looks like a Rollo and an It had a baby.
Hooligan looking like some Gateway goodness...
Did you ever try an RPM Tui? I loved the feel of that one in my hand most of the dozen+ putters I've tried, but I lost my first one and haven't replaced it yet. I also have the small hands that Anthony does.
By the way people from Indiana are called Hoosiers, not that you would know that or anything but we're called Hoosiers
I love the Roman. Got one cause of you and now have gotten 2 more.
Marvels get shallower as they beat in. You gotta check out the chief and chief os!
Can you or anybody tell me if flat Galleons exist?
Wen putterwarz?
I am shocked you aren't adding the nomad to your putter wars. It's over stable and great for baby hands and if you like a small bead lol. Awesome nevermind you kept me in suspense until the end lol.
did someone say Rune for putter wars? coulda sworn i heard someone say Rune... hmm guess not... RUNE
Whatever that first disc was literally looks like a beadless wombat3

Looking forward to the Pixel video on the 16th Banana Man
Looks like a panther

I feel ya on the putting bro. Just get out and practice! (yelling at myself there)

dude K3 REKO or K3 REKO X
You could try some whales
Khonsu is a very interesting name if that is what this is. Excited to see it fly!

I think he was having issues with over shooting his target because they were too glidey from what I remember him saying

What if I’m putting with a Ringer 😅
Nice.
The Reach is also the same as the Gateway Realm
Need a coffee sponsor. lol.
Stahp it! 😂 plastic matters in alpaca! 🦙 R blend or X blend are much shallower.
