Umm... Being a professional in that field & having years of experience in beauty as well as wall street.. I would say NOPE. Kris' portrayal of bossiness is nowhere close to what most executive do it in real life. Also u can't actually learn anything from Kylie Cosmetics or Kris Jenner except like how to scan or move quicker on ur feet. Kris Jenner doesn't know how to delegate work. There is so much chaos over there. They have company policies and also their private policies specially when they are filming. And as an assistant, most of the time you will be left out from most of their meetings because they have policies not to disclose.
Also they don't keep people for long. You will be long gone before you start to get comfortable on your chair because they follow the 'churning process'.
A well established entity is really so much busy with work that everybody have DOAs. You can actually learn so much being an assistant if u have a professional boss. I personally know that you can learn infact huge from companies like Fenty Beauty- currently the best in the market.
Since this is Khloe she went easy on her and Kris is kind of trying to act like 'Miranda Priestly'.. well, she is nowhere close.
Don't worry if u are not working with her.. you are actually lowkey or highkey NOT MISSING ANYTHING. Working for her is not a good opportunity in long term basis becoz at the end of the day other companies would like to work with your talent and not the brand stamp on ur resume.
