In this video, I open and look at a custom survival food bucket made by fellow TH-camr @jermsMRE . Let’s see what’s inside, shall we? #survival #bucket #prepping #storage #pantry
Good evening my friend!!! Damn good seeing you with more content, always great stuff!! JermsMRE, that is a solid 48 hour bucket, I like it! I’ve seen a few others suggest some add ons too. It’s all about money and space, but I would consider some type of water filter maybe….. but I live in Texas, and it’s a must! Great video, great presentation! Can’t wait to see follow up videos after you do a few lines of cocaine!!! And some apocalypse hookers, and that’s a party!!! lol Seriously, great stuff and great having you back! Take care my friend!!!
Dude! Jerms hooked you up! I really like his creativity here! I have a few points to make and suggestions (not many, though). 1. A Sawyer Mini for water. 2. I don't drink anymore, but I do see the value of hard, distilled liquor in a survival situation. In a pinch you can use high BAL liquor, preferably Vodka like Everclear, can be used for fuel in an alcohol stove, along with the other examples you presented. 3. Smokes are a mainstay barter item, but I think ON nicotine pouches are better than cigarettes. They don't promote the same dry mouth condition that smoking can cause. Also, you can use it just long enough to get it wet and then use it to treat insect bites and stings. (I like the mint flavor and I have used the empty cans for storing matches in, in my custom accessory packs!). Also, the pouches won't betray your position to potential threats. 4. Don't forget TP and hand sanitizer, or, even better, Dude Wipes for hygiene. You gotta be able to wipe up both ends of the eating process! Matches: Even if you don't pack a stove, you need to be able to build fire and light those cigarettes! Lastly, the pancakes are a great idea, but you do need a pan to cook them in and utensils to eat them with. But, hey! I gleaned a lot of good ideas from Jerm's ideas! Great video, Matt!
