Thanks Marc. Will you be trying the massage gym to the forehead technique? 😂

I’ve forgotten what pain free feels like! I’m going to try those tight bands on my dodgy ankle (my latest injury, due to overuse). Thanks Butch, brilliant words of advice here.

Will be interested in the review for the massage gun, it's one of my next purchases. Although don't think I'll use it on my forehead 🤣

If you could do a full video on how to use the Pinnochio's nose attachment on your forehead, that'd be great. I think it would be better for everyone if you did it with a French accent 😄👍🏻

Any advice for meniscus tears ?

Eeesh that’s a tough one. Depends on the severity - get it checked and treated by a pro ASAP. My wife put it off and put it off and has just had to have a full knee replacement. If she had had it looked at in the beginning it would have probably been a minor key hole op and a few months rehab.

I’m suffering with blisters on the sole of my foot .. can you suggest any solutions? Ie what do you do in a race situation? I think when I run my ankles tend to turn inwards.

I like your content and your channel. But i have a huge problem to understand you. I am not a native english speaker. Your british accent is so heavy to understand that after a view minutes i have to stop every of your videos cause i simply don't understand you. Therefore i also unsubscribed your channel.
It would be nice for the world outside of britain if you speak with less accent.
