I use C-clamps and sockets with pieces of hard wood to do all the presses in my (from BB’s to HEadsetSbike and frame bearings but this tool set is awesome, and just like almost every park tool, you’ll never have to buy another one. They build tools for a lifetime

Is this kit suitable for removing and replacing wheel bearings? Interestingly you mention to use the SHX-1 tool to remove bearings where there is insufficient flat surface, but make no mention of how to refit the new bearing in this situation.
This kit will not be able to pull most hub bearings. The key is the ability to get a piece behind the bearing. The backside of the bearing is typically open when it comes to suspension linkage bearings. Pressing a new bearing into the linkage when you were not able to remove with this tool is usually straightforward and able to be done with this kit.
They do not offer any such product. I can imagine because a derailleur is rarely disassembled in a shop or home setting unless absolutely necessary along with the fact that there are dozens upon dozens of RD variations that all function slightly to completely differently
Looks incredibly well designed and thought out.
As always from Park Tool, a well-designed, well-made tool that looks good and I'm sure would be a pleasure to use!

I know there is a special tool for hubs, but can this one not be used for extracting and installing hub bearings?
It does not have a long shaft for many hubs. It also lacks pairs on drifts needed for many hubs. The concepts are the same, certainly.
