    Nestled safely within the deeply rooted culture and heritage of our country are some of the most valuable treasures of our enduring traditions. Food connects people everywhere by igniting the warmth of nostalgia, and so do the vessels it’s cooked and served in.
    At P-TAL, we aim to rekindle the spark of our past by reintroducing our traditional brass, kansa and copper utensils into our daily lives, celebrating our customs while embracing modernity.
    With ‘Undivided Punjab’, a series of stories by Chef Sherry Mehta, we want to bring back the stories of Punjab and its food. Join us on this journey of storytelling.
