Mary I woke up in the middle of the night feeling awful. I had some water, took some Tylenol, and put this video in my headphones and almost instantly my headache went away and I’m feeling better to get to sleep. You are a miracle!
I absolutely love the over explaining videos. I assume it's because I know I don't have to pay attention, and can just relax with this in the background.

This is giving me flashbacks to 8th grade English class where we all had to write a mundane object on a slip of paper and put it in a hat. Then we had to draw one at random and give a 2 minute extemporaneous speech on it. Mine was the glowing exit sign above the door 😂
