There's a decent amount of solo rep that calls for it, so any competent recording of those pieces will have multiphonics. Others have been known to incorporate the technique into cadenzas (Lindberg doing the Rimsky-Korsakov with the Kosei Wind Orchestra comes to mind as a particularly interesting example).
