In this VLOG I change the hybrid inverter coolant on this 2010 Toyota Prius.
Drain Plug torque = 29ft/lbs
The coolant used is Toyota Super Long Life Coolant

Hi! I think that'll be better to overfill the reservoir for the first time when you pour the liquid. That way, when you start the car and the inverter pump starts sucking the fluid, the pump will never run dry. Cheers and thank you!

You don't have to if there's nothing wrong with it. It is suggested that you replace the drainplug gasket when you do this.

You should change out that dirty brake fluid. Bleed them.
How often should you change out inverter fluid after 150,000 miles? I’ve been reading that people change it out every 50,000 miles.

According to the warranty/maintenance log book the engine and inverter coolant should be changed at 100k with the Toyota Super Long Life Coolant
