Nice engine build. I rebuilt an '85 XS650 from scratch in '80. Tapered roller bearings, bronze swing arm bushings, Fox shocks, 2 into 1 exhaust, etc. Made it a cafe racer with a quarter Shoie faring custom painted to match. Your engine looks with the black paint and the aluminum polished.

Hey Chris I thoroughly enjoyed all your videos - educational, informative, fun and a delight to watch. However, pretty please make them a bit longer and I do not mind listening to the noise/sound in your workshop and your occasional swearing (albeit under your breath :)) … the loud heavy metal music sometimes gives me a headache. Hi folks, I can't find the video where you put back the studs cylinders. I wonder which torque to use and if the long thread part should be down at the bottom of the cylinder? thanks so much for all your input to the XS.
Sir can you tell me how many valve are use here.... And which type.. Plss tell me.....

This the x's650 and what about Interveptor-650 which is more practical and easy to use as both are air cooled and almost similar.
