You'll likely need to make some clutching accommodations for that Aeon pipe and better cyls. More power = higher RPMS and you'll want the clutching to be in that sweet spot and not over-rev.
Aaen pipe calls for 7250 rpm and the clutching in it was pulling 7200 when I was riding it so she's pretty much bang on. Gonna leave er how she is i think
@ArcticJeff yup thought about grinding a bit off but I'm using a digital tach and I assume it could off by 100rpm or so i figured she's close enough haha. I think it may hit 90 with a 1 tooth taller upper gear but that's gonna be tough, but I think possible
My 1990 Pz2 with aeen pipe38flatslids and clutch ingredients radared at 91 ,I could hold off600+650 indys for a little over 1/4 mile but int woods and trail I would lose there in no time
I say, Keep the Aeen pipe, pop some more studs in there, polish the inside of the exhaust manifold for smoother flow, & index the spark plugs~ My guess 171km/hr in the 1/4 & still pulling. Hoss.
Nice project,I have no idea what gears or drivers you have but it’ll only go what it’s geared to go
Yup has factory 17/29 gearing. I'd like to bump it to an 18 upper gear, should pull it no problem once the ported cylinders and everything is on
@@minnowlaketuning ok then I’ll guess 77mph and 82 with everything else on gps
@Dsc577 yup I'm thinking right around there too

@@minnowlaketuning good stuff. I'm predicting 90 MPH. Could always grind a tad off the primary weights to hit that 7250.

Remember a anean pipe gives you 20 more HP.
I think it's 12 or 14, i don't remember for sure, best pipe for a phazer though. Bender pipe was also the same

Dam 91 that's pretty solid, on ice or hard packed?

Hoss.
oh....& pull the drive shaft out & turn it on a lathe to allow for less rolling resistance..... 😉😉;)
I work at an automotive dealership. I know all about bad parts diagrams. 🥴
68mph is my guess...
Probably gonna be close to that yep
