Preach it brother! This week I had a client who did not have the Aircon set to cool and he ran it for 18- 24 hours a day , yes he burnt out the unit. Yes he blamed the unit , not himself being unable to set the aircon to cool. It's incredible the lack of self awareness people lack while on vacation. Haha

lol who care how they left the apartment they paid a $150 cleaning fee so it shouldn't matter how he/she left the apartment what if they do leave the apartment super clean are you going to reimburse them the cleaning fee i guess not right i make them work for that $150 i paid

Apartment 5 wasn’t that bad. This guy is money hungry. Been booking apartments in Sosua over 6 years. Never paid a deposit. Always pay when I arrive. He refused. His choice but I won’t rent from him.

@@Ambitious_973 Every apartment was in decent condition. The title of this video is misleading. I though it was a huge mess, or something was broken. Booking AirBnb's you are charged a cleaning fee. Why is this guy complaining about little bits of egg on the floor, when the cleaner comes to sweep, mop, wash the towels, and sheets. He's probably complaining, because he's the one that cleans, and gets the money, but he wants to do minimal work.

Ah bro these apartments are clean by comparison. I got out of the rental game because I was tired of blood stained sheets, food all over the place, re-arranged furniture, trash and of course illegal substances. When I worked in a well known sub division, the worst one was a guy that took a dump on the pool deck...some of these people just have no respect. Your renters seem to be the good ones.

Ive never paid electricity and I’ve been renting for 6 years / 6 different apartments including Pyramid Plaza. I find this guy to be money hungry over building a client base.

All of them are not. They are individually owned, so some owners are more inclined to do upgrades than others. I have stayed in several different apt's in the complex.
