wow i satyed garden condos many times, this condo is possibly the best done up. i stayed in 2 bedroom there a couple of times it was also nice

I use the same system in my condo complax, Casa De Compai. The system Manuel installed is a wonderful system. As the owner or opperator this system allows for exact detail information of the use ot the keypad. The ststem allows history of every mumber pushed with date and time. It is a very important tool for any rental.

Every time I try to book this place they try to bait and switch me to a low grade air b and b. Bad business

Ah bro these apartments are clean by comparison. I got out of the rental game because I was tired of blood stained sheets, food all over the place, re-arranged furniture, trash and of course illegal substances. When I worked in a well known sub division, the worst one was a guy that took a dump on the pool deck...some of these people just have no respect. Your renters seem to be the good ones.

lol who care how they left the apartment they paid a $150 cleaning fee so it shouldn't matter how he/she left the apartment what if they do leave the apartment super clean are you going to reimburse them the cleaning fee i guess not right i make them work for that $150 i paid
