  • We leave the beautiful Namaqua National Park a few days early due to persistent strong winds. After trying many places to camp we discover that being a weekend all places were full. We did however manage to get a cottage in the stunning Rocherpan Nature Reserve. So, after a 320km drive we arrive to find the pan full, first time in many years. What a wonderful experience to see all the flamingoes and water birds. We then travel to Citrusdal where we join the R300 and drive through some of the best scenic passes and stunning farm land on our way to our next camp - Zooridge.
