And have had any problems with the 12spds auto transmission and Mx 13 motor? Or any other issues that come to mind? Thanks for any information you can provide me about these trucks in general. I know not all of them are the same.
I leave for melton on the 10, would u say that because orientation is shorter that would make it harder to get employed since we have a shorter time overall to learn things
Not at all, you will get quite a bit of information thrown at you rather quickly, but you will go out on a truck with a trainer who will help you get a better grasp of the concepts. It’s a successful venture and I’m certain you will be fine.
So orientation is just 1 week now ? & also I’m attending cdl school in a couple days & I’ve spoke with a recruiter from melton already & I have the pre approval email already.. so I’m aiming to come aboard with them in a couple weeks is it okay if I have you as a trainer?
You bank hometime and are allowed to go home every 3 weeks I think since you’re from AZ. As far as I know you take the truck home but if you go home for over 2 weeks or a certain period of time you have to turn the truck in.
@@rob1131 Milton is really good about the allotted time you need at home. A lot of companies will have you turn the truck in if you were at home for extended periods of time however, it would need to be much longer than two weeks. Rob is correct you can take the truck home and generally park at a truckstop or a protected area for the period of time you will be home.
3 weeks and hopefully we get 4 weeks approved but on a sliding scale. What I mean is some students can upgrade in three weeks only if they can reach a certain level in a three week period or stay for the fourth week. You would be surprised how many guys get off the truck and their three weeks is over however, they still need a little more time. To answer your question directly. It is three weeks right now.
We are all states very little in Florida but I’m pretty sure wherever you wanna go you won’t be missed. Free is a little slow this time of year of course but it’s a good time to get started with not a lot of stress.

Maybe but trying to get hired as a CDL driver without taking a hair follicle test. I don’t think it’s possible in today’s world
